This review is STRICTLY for Natalie Darcey, Office Manager. My Husband and I have been working with this firm for some time and although they have been great, I can not say the same for their office manager, Natalie Darcey. At first it seemed like she was just having a bad day until we realized her attitude was was just that.. an attitude. Calling in became dreadful and it seems to me she could use some customer service tips. At first we naturally learned to move pass it, but when you be little my husband because you feel his question wasn't relevant, I am going to have to step in with a public review. I have bad days as much as the next guy, but how many attitude passes are we to give out? Her tone is rude and most of the time when you feel like someone is belittling you... your right. Your dealing with a lot of people who are not to knowledgeable on the system, chances are they are going to ask some pretty irrelevant questions Nancy. Be kind.

We will never use or recommend to anyone!! The day before court after hours I had received an email stated someone else was going to be notified about my case and show in court and they didnt fight for anything i wanted or asked. Then handed back to my original lawyer after court and still had to pay her as though she showed. When it came to questions about my bill at the end and speaking to the lady who answers the phone she cuts you off instead of listening to any questions and sends you to a voicemail of your lawyer where they then charge you $35 for 15 min and $75 for 30 and $125 for an hour. They will continue to charge you 12% tax to mail you a printed billing paper even though you have automatic withdrawal set up. They made unnecessary calls to the ex lawyer to get information that was told not to do it and I would give them the agreement we came up with and email it to them and they charged me double for it anyways because they took it upon themselves. Plus it was signed through court that we had a set payment with them and they still tried to get more money out of us. We dropped them and ended it because the ex and I agreed to just come up with an agreement instead of paying them all this money. I wouldnt even give them 1 star!!!! I'd call and leave a message and they wouldnt even call back.

As a new Father with no law experience I was robbed. Initially I was contacted by various lawyers about my case and in the end I chose to go with Badesch Abramovitch because Tina was very kind and compassionate. Their overview was to exceed my expectations and I liked their purpose/goals. I was then brushed off to Corey Blalock. Corey did absolutely nothing in my case. He would never call me first to tell me what was happening. We never met face to face. I was the person calling for updates when he was supposed to be calling me. I was OVERCHARGED for time we never even spoke according to my sprint phone bill. When I confronted Corey about it, he stated that my assessment on the time we spoke was not correct. It was not my assessment on it, it was a FACT coming from my sprint bill statement. He would not reason with me and he remained firm to his conclusion based on his 'notes.' We spoke for 2 minutes while he charged me for 18 minutes. I had to change lawyers because Corey was not doing his job and I did not feel like he was on my side at all. Overall: My expectations were not exceeded, I was being robbed from the person I was supposed to 'trust,' and I was paying them to do absolutely nothing. My advice: Spend your money somewhere else.

This was my first lawyer and Nicole was a very nice person but not as knowledgeable and I would have liked considering my case was a pretty difficult one. I did go ahead and leave the firm. If you have a very difficult case you need someone who knows the law and is a bulldog.
