My Life

I am leaving a review even though we are not completely finalized with my divorce. Having Mark on my side has proven to be a game changer due to the obstacles that many people, especially fathers, face in these matters. Obtained mark as my attorney for adjustment of child support and to hold the ex in contempt. I gave documentation to him. He has made an appearance but never told when court was. 3 weeks no motions or contempt charges filed. When speaking to his assistant Cynthia Barnes she has no explanation. Called mark no return call. This lawyer has way to many cases and takes your money. He has done nothing but files an appearance. STAY AWAY

If I could put 0/5 I would. I had so many challenges with Mark. Communication and clarification was an issue due to him and/or his legal assistants not returning phone calls or emails and not clarifying things after a court session. Throughout the process Mark would not listen to me, my request, or concerns. I would have to pop up randomly at the office to attempt to get matters addressed. After paying cash during my whole process and providing compensation before an itemized bill was sent, towards the end Mark wanted to insult me and question if I was going to surrender my last payment. Lastly, per my observation based on his legal assistants hired and a personally directed comment, Mark has a particular interest in African American females with large breast; during one of our face to face encounters he made a comment about my weight loss and was starring at my chest (of course this made me very uncomfortable). Overall, if you want to have to run after your lawyer; have a lawyer who does not communicate with you; have a lawyer who pussy foots around with your case and asks for continuance after continuance due to his incompetence; and have a lawyer who may target you because your ethnicity and body structure, then you’re about to hire the right man Mark Kezy and Associates 👍🏾
