I went with a friend to see Mr Palmisano for a consultation for her divorce. Mr. Palmisano was very matter of fact in a crotchety, angry old man kind of way. You could tell he was trying hard to be professional and polite but every few minutes he would be rude and condescending in a Terets kind of way. It seemed at times that he was trying to hide the the truth of his essence, and then almost transparently the real Palmisano would emerge revealing his true colors. If I had to guess, Im thinking his wife took him to the cleaners when they got divorced and left him angry and bitter for having beat him at his own game. I do not recommend this law firm for women looking to get divorced, as the owner clearly seems to be biased toward men.

I first used James Palmisano for my divorce 17 years ago, and I thought he was arrogant and condescending. Then over the course of eight years I mistakenly & regrettably used several different attorneys for my post divorce issues (shame on me). After being scammed and manipulated by those other attorneys, I went back to James Palmisano. I called him up & when I heard his voice it was like a breath of fresh air! I cant even begin to explain the level of respect I have for him to this day. All I know is that he gets the job done quickly, efficiently & effectively. Since this review doesnt offer ten stars, I figured I give my own ten stars .

James Palmisano was appointed by the Court as the GAL for my children. Being involved in the Court system for the last 8 years, it has been rough and it never felt like my children had a voice. Now, with the help of Mr. Palmisano, they do. He truly has done everything in the best interest of my children. They are happier than they have been in years and I owe it all to Mr. Palmisano. If you are looking for a tough lawyer to look out for your best interest, then James Palmisaon is who you want in your corner! IF I could give 10 stars I would!!

jim palmisano bled my family of every dime that he could get. All of my money only mounted to just a pile of papers from him. I had to seek other council. This attorney works only for what he can get by throwing families into legal battles, rather than setting up steps for a timely divorce. I recommend, no stars. The ad requires one in order to post.
