Diane and her team are one of a kind. First of all, unlike a lot of lawyers, Diane is approachable, direct and very responsive to email, phone calls and other communications. Second, if you have to go to mediation or Court, you can put money on the fact that Diane will be better prepared to argue your case and the law than anyone else. Third, Diane really knows what she is doing and can quickly respond to emergencies- even on short notice. Diane gets amazing results and a lot of respect from judges and other lawyers because she doesn't play games and knows how to get things done. If you want to get the most bang for you buck, Diane is who you want representing you.

This review is.100% for you, who says to have years of experience yet purposely avoided serving father in jail since march. That without mentioning the false allegations you raised in superior court and then in juvenile court just to have your case dismissed. Only days away from court with one of the most important hearings of my divorce I was losing confidence in my original attorney and scared. I am extremely glad that I chose her because my daughter is finally living with me. Divorce is not an easy process especially when you have a greedy ex that tries to take everything possible! You need someone that will fight for you! Diane was that person for me! I work for a school system and dont have a six-figure income. Diane and her team made me feel like they fought just as hard for me, as they would have for someone with the six-figure income. Diane and her team listened to what I wanted and made it happen to the best of their ability. I had shared the first thing out of my sons mouth, at the beginning of the separation/divorce process which was, Mom, will we have to move? My response to him was; no sweetie, I have always paid the mortgage and Gran and Grandad gave me the down payment. Well in Ga. that was, in fact a real possibility and may have happened if I had gone with a different attorney! Not only was my house and on the line, but also my retirement, life insurance (Im a breast cancer survivor, back surgery, knee surgery and had a hip replaced) and my pension (not just from the time we were married, but when I retire!). My ex was self-employed teaching tennis. A predominately cash business Thankfully Diane and her team worked tirelessly to prove to the judge I should not have to continue to pay his way in life. She did such a great job the Judge actually said, It is clear that Mr. Williams has not contributed meaningfully throughout the entire marriage. Nine months later, my ex took me back to court. One phone call to Diane and she was by my side fighting for my sons right (he is 16) to choose where to spend his holiday. Once again, when she was done with my ex, the Judge ruled in our favor! If you need a fighter Diane is the attorney you want in your corner!

I am so incredibly grateful to Diane Cherry. I was served at work by my ex who wanted to get full custody of our daughter. There was an emergency hearing in a day and a half later. My teen daughter had signed an affidavit to live with her dad. Diane is very knowledgeable and immediately organized and prioritized my case in very little time. She is very skilled in the courtroom. I won my case and my daughter is now living with me. Diane is also very caring and easy to contact. She answered all my questions not only before my case but afterwards. I highly recommend her!!!!

Great Experience, Professional that truly cares about clients desires. Follows through on all commitments and goes above and beyond for her clients. Shana is somebody you can trust. I found myself needing an attorney and interviewed 7 different attorneys based on research. Upon Meeting Shana and the staff at Cherry Law Office it was evident they were the team for me and I hired them on the spot. My process lasted around 18 months and Shana was right there by my side the entire time both personally and professionally. She took the time to get to know me and my daughter to fully be able to understand my situation. She is a real person that truly cares. I'm in a divorce case where Diane Cherry would have been my better choice. But I went with a radio ad. ALL law firms are limited by the level of engagement of the individual attorneys in it. A radio ad doesn't speak to the aggressiveness of your attorney. I called Diane Cherry to get a paid, second opinion on my proposed settlement. A consummate professional, she reserved judgment of another attorney, and declined me. I hired Diane Cherry to represent me during my divorce this year. I read the other reviews posted on here and would like to mention that Diane is an assertive, no nonsense attorney. She states things like it is. I personally wanted a firm, stern like lawyer. I needed someone that was confident in their own abilities and not a pushover. Diane fit the bill. I am now a single mother to 3 children and although it is difficult, Diane set me up so I don't have to stress so much about my finances at the moment while I get on my feet considering I stayed home for 5 years. Diane was my attorney for my previous custody case several years ago. She and I had not spoken or seen each other in several years. I was sitting in court for a semi-related issue and just happened to see Diane. We smiled and waved and that was the end of that. I did not have an attorney for this case (could not afford one) and the defendant did have an attorney. Diane saw me in the hallway on a recess from the hearing and questioned me about my case. She was in there working a completely different case that day. I told her what was going on and showed her all my paperwork and she said 'hold on, I will help you' She came back in the court room with me, went over all my paperwork while other cases were heard and when it came time for me to stand before the judge she came up there and represented me.....and helped me get exactly what was needed and wanted in my case and filed the court documents for me too! Yes, that is right, she choose to take time out of her day and her busy schedule to help ME! She remembered me from years ago and cared enough to help me in that situation. You don't find attorneys like that anywhere!!!! She knows exactly what she is doing and she does it very well!
