Suzanne is a God send. I came to her after being placed in an impossible situation, which countless other attorneys told me was impossible to turn around. Suzanne was very transparent about where I stood as far as custody was concerned, but from the moment I met her, I knew she would be the person to help me get my son back. Suzanne stepped in right after the court-appointed a guardian ad Litem to my case. He will tell someone if they have a valid case, guide them on what they need to do, call out their weakness and operates with integrity in every way. Damon Bivek is a no nonsense attorney that gets his clients results. Very professional and very thorough. I originally retained him for an uncontested divorce back in 2008. In 2015, I hired him for a contempt of court and then a modification of custody and he did a superb job in representing me for both cases. He is known in Cobb county and carries significant clout. His court room skills are second to none. His attention to detail is impeccable. His professionalism and ethics are to be commended. He showed up to court with 'typed' notes for his hearings. This let me know he meant business and I knew I was in great hands. What was even more impressive is that she charges for actual work performed. As we all know many attorneys focus on profit at all costs. Mr. Bivek is focused on getting what his clients hire him for, not his bottom line. His fees were more than fair for the work performed. I absolutely love this firm and cannot possibly say enough nice things about them. My husband and I hired Suzanne for our contempt and step-parent adoption cases in late 2013. Those legal cases were not finalized until the spring of 2015 and there were many, many obstacles along the way. Suzanne was thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate throughout the whole process. I hired Damon and his team to help with an issue that arose several years after my divorce. Unfortunately I have learned over the years through many legal battles that there are a lot of attorneys out there that just play to your emotions and see you as dollar signs. Not Damon. He was very professional and conservative with preparing my case without spending unnecessary hours and fees. Because of his thorough knowledge of the laws we ultimately won our case in court. Bivek is the most difficult attorney I have ever encountered. While he represented my ex, our divorce procedure for a 1 year marriage was stalled for 6 months. My ex finally replaced him with a different attorney and we were able to settle things in an hour of mediation. There was nothing effective or forward thinking about how his approach to our case so far as I could observe.

Fast, effective, and straightforward. If I am ever in need of legal services again, I will definitely come here.
