Suzanne is a God send. I came to her after being placed in an impossible situation, which countless other attorneys told me was impossible to turn around. Suzanne was very transparent about where I stood as far as custody was concerned, but from the moment I met her, I knew she would be the person to help me get my son back. Suzanne stepped in right after the court-appointed a guardian ad Litem to my case. Suzanne prepared me to the extent to which the guardian ad litem had to comment on how well my case was prepared, and how easy my information was for him to get to. Suzanne was always a phone call away and talked me off the bridge a few times. Suzanne is the reason why my son is back home with me and I'm forever grateful. She took a chance with me when all other attorneys told me my situation was impossible.

I specifically worked with Damon Bivek for my divorce and later for my custody modification. Damon is a well respected Guardian ad Litem as well. He is honest, blunt and calm. He will tell someone if they have a valid case, guide them on what they need to do, call out their weakness and operates with integrity in every way. Family law situations are some of the most difficult to go through financially, emotionally and physically but with Damon and the other attorneys in his office on your side you see light at the end of the tunnel. Mr. Bivek took my case after I was provided sub-par service from another office for almost a year and was able to get everything settled to satisfaction within about 30 days. Damon Bivek is a no nonsense attorney that gets his clients results. Very professional and very thorough. I originally retained him for an uncontested divorce back in 2008. In 2015, I hired him for a contempt of court and then a modification of custody and he did a superb job in representing me for both cases. He is known in Cobb county and carries significant clout. His court room skills are second to none. His attention to detail is impeccable. His professionalism and ethics are to be commended. He showed up to court with 'typed' notes for his hearings. This let me know he meant business and I knew I was in great hands. What was even more impressive is that she charges for actual work performed. As we all know many attorneys focus on profit at all costs. Mr. Bivek is focused on getting what his clients hire him for, not his bottom line. His fees were more than fair for the work performed. I absolutely love this firm and cannot possibly say enough nice things about them. My husband and I hired Suzanne for our contempt and step-parent adoption cases in late 2013. Those legal cases were not finalized until the spring of 2015 and there were many, many obstacles along the way. Suzanne was thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate throughout the whole process.
