My experience with Roundtree Law Firm was very professional and I absolutely recommend the firm. I was in need of legal counsel for a financial situation involving my elderly parents and they came through with some very sound advice. They guided me through the process to attain financial Power of Attorney paperwork both here in Georgia and Texas. It all went very smoothly. Thank you again Roundtree Law!

Mrs Rountree is over my mentally challenged Uncles money. She let my uncle set there with no groceries and has his monthly check!! Told him to go to food banks! This is going on for 2 months now. No food! Hello he's also bed ridden! When I confronted her she wouldn't answwr me about! She is doing him dirty!! Something needs to be done about this! I wouldn't even rate her 1 star but it's the only way I could leave a review!

Mason Rountree is fellow colleague in the legal community. He is always prepared and fights for his clients. He is well respected by the Judges and opposing counsel. He is an excellent lawyer that I can whole-heartedly recommend.

I can only speak on the Case I had taken to the Roundtree Law Firm-When I had the inital meeting with Mason Roundtree I laid out the situation to Him -as convoluted as it is and stressed the point to Him that I needed Him to act quickly so as the Other Party could not hide Their assets. After talking to Him in the 1st meeting I actually felt better about the situation as I really felt like He had grasped the facts that I presented to Him. The inital meeting I had w/Mason was on 8-18-17. Keep in mind that in that meeting I had stressed the importance of getting things done quickly-it took Them to 9-6-17 to get a demand for payment letter sent to the Other Party (this AFTER repeated calls to Them to do so). After sending the demand letter & the Time had expired that the Other Party was given to respond to it, RTLFirm did not take the initative to go forward with the Case even though I let Them know that was what I wanted from the Begining. Through it all there was very little comunication letting Me know what was going on. After checking around for another Lawyer I let Them know on 11-27-17 that I no longer needed Their Services and requested the balance of the retainer be sent to Me. They finally got the check made out on 12-18-17, and there was a mistake on it ( was shorted nearly $175., as I had been doubled billed for 2 items,-which can happen ).I let Them know about the shortage shortly thereafter, and They got the ck made out on 1-22-18 and sent out to Me after repeated phone calls. I know that things happen to cause a delay but in My opinion all the events that took place during this 5 Month Period seem out of the norm as to the service I should have received. After all was said & done, I basically spent $878.75 for a demand letter ! Which is in My opinion way too much! I had an inclination at the begining after reading the reviews posted to look elsewhere for an Attorney but I was looking for One that understood My Case that was Nearby. To be fair to Mason, He is evidently a busy Man, but if He was too busy to take My Case, I wish He would have been up front with Me & let Me know from the start. As it turned out, My new Attorney actually knows Mason, and let Me know that He is a Good Attorney & that the Legal Process takes Time (which Im aware of, but 3 + Months & the Case was never filed in Court-that I question). (I wasnt going to tell My new Attorney the former Attorneys Name, but He wanted to know). In any event I hired My new Attorney on 11-27-17, & was notified on 11-30-17 that They had the Case Letter made out & was sending it to the Court the Next Day-12-1-17 (all done in the Same Week). The other Party was served, with a period of Time to respond which is now past, & as of now I havent heard from My new Attorney ( I can only Hope that things are going Well ). I felt like I needed to post this to be informative to SomeOne like Me who does read reviews that are made, & therefore Help Them make the best decision as to what They need to do. The Best To You And Yours ! CMC

Mr. Rountree was professional and determined to prove that the charges against my son for DUI were unfounded. Instead of doing what all the other lawyers do (which seems to be the norm) is plead down to a lesser charge regardless if you are guilty or not. Mr. Rountree persisted with each DA until we had a jury trail. He had contacted witnesses, we had the tape of the stop, everything, and the Jury found my son not guilty. If you need a lawyer Mr. Rountree is the one!!!! Thank you so much!Brenda Farlow

I went there and paid $200.00 for advice. I was told I didn't have a chance of winning in court, and to more or less count my losses. I decided to go to court anyways, and the advise I was given by them was the complete opposite of the truth. I won the case without an attorney. I was very mad that I paid for bad advice, when it was very clear in the contract that I would win the case. If you don't know about that type of law then don't except money just refer them to someone else who knows that type of law. I do know that I was paying for advice, but I can sit there for $200.00 all day long and give advice to people even if I don't know what I am talking about. I would not use them again.
