Mike and his team helped me transition my aunt into Medicaid. She had advanced dementia and as her Power Of Attorney, I had to manage her finances for the last two years of her life. She had very little money and no assets. She got to a point where my 78 year old mother could no longer care for her at home. Mikes team helped me get her into a private pay facility until her money was depleted, then into a Medicaid facility. The process is daunting, but they helped guide me through a very difficult situation. You can try to do it on your own, but it is very over whelming. I would recommend you reach out to his team, if you ever find yourself in a similar circumstance. They were very reasonable compared to others I reached out to, and Emelia helped me whenever I needed it.

If you want a slow, over confident attorney, then Mike is your man. We hired Mike to defend us against a couple who sold us a house that left out a lot of disclosures. It was an easy case as we were told by Mike and John. We fed them many facts that were never used in court.Before lunch during Court Mikes comment was we should have a settlement after lunch yeah, we lost after lunch. The attorneys failed to prove their case even though they said they we had it in the bag.These guys are terrible!! Cocky doesnt even describe their attitudes. Run dont hire these guys unless you want your case dragged out over two years so they can continue to make money.
