My husband was facing 5 years in prison. But Mr Speights got him in front of a judge after only 4 dsys of being incarcerated and got the judge to release him the same day he went to court!!! Mr Speights absolutley saved my family. Even after only having 1 day to familiarize himself with the case. The judge agreed with mr Speights and not probation. Thank you so much!!!

Archie still hasnt returned our $1600. We asked him for a trial bc we knew the law was on our side. About the 5th time trying to make my son plea out - we found out he had been postponing hearings. Not sure how he got the judge to do a formal withdrawl after not showing up in court and taking our money but he did.Luckily we were able to hire a criminal defense attorney, in Atlanta, to take his case to trial and my son was found innocent; however Archie stole every dime of the $1600!! ALSO KNOWN IN CANTON AS THE PLEA OUT KING! YOU CAN PLEA YOUR OWN CASE WITH SAME RESULTS FOR FREE! UNTRUSTWORTHY AND A THIEF AS FAR AS OUR FAMILY IS CONCERNED!!

Mr. Archie Speights exceeded our expectations. Not knowing what to expect, Mr Speights consistently communicated and answered all of our questions. Mr. Speights has a reputation for being BEST in his field and is highly respected among his peers in the Law Community. Hiring him was the obvious choice. Mr. Speights represented my father and without a doubt, handled his case spectacularly in a seemingly impossible situation. He obtained plea bargains that resulted in the judge charging my father with the lowest conditions that Georgia would allow. Only 3 months house arrest with no Jail time! This is unusual for 2 DUI convictions. I cannot praise or thank him enough for the outcome of my Dads case. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Spend your money somewhere else. Archie will not fight for you due to laziness. He didnt show up to court for the majority of the proceedings. The other five star reviews must be friends, employees, or people that have never used him. Ben, whom gave a 5 star review is a member of the staff. Archie sent him several times because he was too lazy to fight for his client. I felt compelled to write this review for anyone who falls on hard times, and has to figure out where to spend several thousand dollars. Spend it with a lawyer who will figure out a way to fight for you. Archie takes your money and lazily pleas out.

If i could give a lower rating i would. These people scammed me, they were nice at first but as soon as they saw money they no longer cared about me. I only saw my lawyer once and asked multiple times to speak to him because the receptionist was very unhelpful. Needless to say the took 2000$ from me, they never filed anything like they said they were going to. They tried to charge me 5000 for an amiable divorce. Plz dmt use these ppl if u value ur money and time

I dont know what to rate them as Ive waited sooooo long to even rate them at this point. Hired them over a year ago for my divorce. Well my divorce is final but there is still much needed paperwork that is still not complete. Meanwhile, I am struggling to make ends meet every single month because paperwork is still not done from April so that I can get my settlement and move on. I have to call the office numerous times for several days and sometimes weeks to even get someone on the phone to answer my questions about my case. This is ridiculous. I realize lawyers are busy, but calling every day for two weeks and still not hearing back from you lawyer when you are paying him is poor practice in my opinion. They are also holding up me being able to hire a lawyer for guardianship of my disabled son which will be 18 in two months. This is my sons livelihood we are talking about. His entire medical and educational wellbeing depends on me getting guardianship of him inwgich I can not do without my settlement that they are dragging their feet on. Glad they can sleep well at night......should have never signed papers back in April and should have went to trial. Worst experience Ive ever had with a lawyers office. They are extremely nice but that only goes so far in this business.

I can not say enough great things about Archie Speights. He came recommended to me while on a probation violation sitting in Cherokee County Jail. Archie does a bang up job. You just need to have patience and let him do what he does best. I would highly recommend him. He is the man to go to. His staff is awesome as well. He is busy because he is so good, but just have patience and when it is your time he will give you 100%.

My experience with Amanda Speights was incredible. I had been trying to get custody of my son for over two years. I had originally hired an attorney in Dallas, GA who just couldn't (or wouldn't) get the job done. Amanda took over the case and now my son is where he belongs. We agreed to Archie for a trial and every court date, IF he bothered to showed up, we had to retell him what happened and he encouraged my son to plea out, although he quoted us and promised a trial. In the end he took our money and withdrew from at the case last minute.We hired a more competent attorney to represent my son. The jury trial was held in state court and ended with a not guilty verdict. To this day Mr. Speights refuses to return the money he took from our family inexchange FOR NOTHING!! The 'plea out king'! Dont waste a dime on this guy!
