I partnered with Josh Mason for four years now and he has continued to represent me in a fair and just way. His pricing is reasonable and appropriate. He show up to my court case with more information, research, and background than I could have expected or anticipated. He was prepared, very professional, knowledgeable, and ready to fight for what was right.

Wants 150 just to talk. Non refundable if you don't hire. There are better options. This is an instant red flag and a hook to get you to give them an even higher retainer. Competent and confident attorneys will give you a free consult!

Very disappointed with the Mason Law Firm and the extremely limited interaction we had with Mr. Mason. The legal assistants appeared to be unknowledgeable of a simple Power of Attorney and Medical Directive. My mother and I had to read, review, and initial the papers in a room with no assistance. They provided incorrect information and then had problems with the signing and notarizing of the papers (Mr. Mason was not present). Thinking our documents were legally complete, we were called back two weeks later to find out they were not. We were asked to return to re-sign as they realized they made a mistake the first time. We arrived on time for our appointments and both times we had to wait at least 30 minutes for them to prepare the documents for our review/signatures. Would not recommend. UPDATE: The papers that were signed and notarized the second time were also done incorrectly! I sent an e-mail to Mr. Mason that went unacknowledged.

Josh represented me for almost three years in a custody case which was very complex, difficult, nuanced, and spanned two different counties two hours apart. He never flinched or backed down and was a consummate professional whose expertise was overwhelmingly evident. He always helped me maintain my sanity during the really rough parts of the case and fought for me in such a way that showed he truly did care about my well being, my child's well being, and the outcome of the case. Observing his courtroom prowess was to watch a master perform his craft which time and again, hearing after hearing, provided the steady reassurance that I was in good hands. I knew that he was committed and would see me through to the very end. His assistants Carley and Ina were always on the spot with all the crucial behind the scenes work and were diligently responsive to my concerns and needs. They are a great team and they led me to victory in this case! I truly cannot say enough good about this firm or recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

I have used the Mason Law Firm twice now. The first was for my divorce 3 years ago and the second for a custody modification. My experience with Josh and his team was very positive. Josh was very knowledgeable about the process and gave me a realistic assessment of the case(s). He developed a comprehensive plan of action and executed that plan.

Josh is amazing... I would not use any other lawyer ever... Literally amazing.... Dan... Well he is not a people person and I would say stick with Josh... Once again I do not think I have ever spoken with a better lawyer 8n my life. I have used him for 5 years now. He has never disappointed or let me down. I would give more stars if I could.

Very knowledgeable attorneys and reasonably priced. Too busy to follow up / follow through. And unfortunately, the Legal Assistants do not provide the support required to run a more successful business.
