The Burns Law Group was recommended to me by my community. All of my communication with them was professional, and my questions answered. (I was having my will prepared) Phone and email always had a prompt response. Because our business was being handled during the Covid 19 fiasco, communication was conducted mostly by email. When I went into the office to sign off on the documents all the personnel were great to meet. Needless to say, I thought it was expensive....but not out of line with other firms!!! I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely best attorney in Cherokee county. Got all my charges dismissed. Felony charges he got all dismissed. And tracy the paralegal was so helpful and always kept me updated. I hired J. Daran BurnsA few years ago but he didn't do a good Job. He blew me off by sending me to his clerk who run my case to the end, Daran only showed up to court but as a client, I felt he was holding back and did not represent me well. I paid all his money but would never recommend him to anyone.

They did a great job representing me in my divorce and making an already difficult situation a lot less painful. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone having to go through this process.

Susan Zereini was my attorney in Forsyth County. My case was very complex because my charges where for two different counties, and I lived 3 hours away. She went above and beyond after I was sentenced too make sure my probation could either be transferred or that I would be able too call in and check in monthly. She is extremely sweet and very professional. My father loved how she handled my case. She was fast and speedy with my process. Jennifer Davis represented me in a custody case this summer. She is an outstanding attorney who made this emotional process quick and easy. Her confidence and knowledge of the law made my results better than I could have asked for! She was attentive and nurturing yet I would not want to go against her in court! I was 100% impressed!

The short version was after receiving a draft retainer agreement as a sample to review, there were no problems and my daughter was ready to sign. She asked for the final copy of the retainer agreement to execute. Upon receipt, it was totally different than the one she was originally given. After questioning the changes, which included no refunds of the retainer agreement if unused and a $300 admin charge that came out of the clear blue, the firm did not return calls or emails. I wrote a letter to Mr. Burns and never received a response.
