These guys are down to earth, attentive, prompt, intelligent and reasonably priced. They assisted me with setting up an LLC. I've referred friends that were equally as pleased with the service they recieved.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Amico and his magical sidekick, Jennifer. I could go into a lot of detail about how many attorneys declined my custody case before I was referred to this firm (over a dozen), the confusion over jurisdiction (Mr. Amico cut right through the fuss), and how urgently I needed a custody order so I could get my traumatized nephew home (very), but there's only so much space. I'll just say that this firm handled everything so efficiently that I have a signed custody order before anyone else could have even managed to get a preliminary hearing. They are amazing. Mr. Amico's mild demeanor conceals an extremely analytical mind; he's listening to you while he's plotting tactics like a chess master. Jennifer is a cheerful delight -- she has to get frustrated with unresponsive, careless, or scatterbrained clients, but she never once indicated it, just kept plugging away, going above and beyond to get me what I needed well before it was supposed to be ready. If you need an attorney, go with this firm. Heck, even if you don't need one, lock them in now just in case you need one later. You won't find better.

To make a long story short, I hired Roy & Amico for a custody case when my sons mother would not allow me to see him. Michael Amico was very tenacious and very aggressive and the courtroom. I now have shared parental responsibility 50-50 custody of my son. Mr. Amico delivered all the results I asked for and Some. The staff at this firm is very knowledgeable and does not hesitate to let you know the process whether you want to hear it or not. The rates are fair and competitive so if you choose this law firm you have chosen wisely. Roy and Amico will adjust their schedule to fit yours.

Mr. Roy is very down to earth and easy to work with . I tend to be hardheaded , aggressive and impatient so he was very patient and did everything he said he would. Most people would not use the word honest when describing an attorney but I would say Mr. Roy was . Tess is a rock star and is very good at getting answers to any questions and explaining the divorce process. The entire office staff is great!

My appointment was very good. Mr. Roy was the second lawyer I spoke with about my problem and he told me how to easily fix it without trying to charge me $2000.00. If I need to retain a lawyer in the future I will definitely call him.

I met with Mr. Amico regarding a subpoena I received that was posted on my front door.He answered all my questions and concerns on how I received the subpoena was improper. Although, he indicated I really do not need an attorney since I am only a witness, I told him how people of color are treated in the justice system here in Florida. He was totally understanding. I highly recommend him as an attorney.

If you want a lawyer who is working for your best interest please do not use this lawyer. The staff here is so nice and explains MOST of the divorce process. A lack of communication between the lawyers and his staff resulted in complete confusion. When you have a lawyer who doesn't give you a complete picture of your situation it's hard to present an effective case. Mr. Amico may believe that he has done all he could have done but unfortunately his client doesn't feel that way.

Mr. Roy met with me outside of his normal hours to accommodate my work schedule. He listened to what I wanted in my Child Support modification case and delivered just what I asked. He was very easy to talk to and down to earth, fully understanding my issues and clearly not in it just for the money. He worked with me on a payment plan, which was particularly helpful seeing as I had just spent a significant amount of money getting my divorce 6 months prior and was still paying on that. I would, and have, recommend him to anyone.

They did a great job guiding me through my divorce and didn't charge me every time I asked a question or called. Mr Roy was always early or right on time whenever we had to meet at courthouse or mediation. My ex-wife did not have the same experience with her attorney. After hearing about her experience I was extremely glad that I hired Chris Roy to represent me.

This Law group was very professional in all aspects of it's practice. I had quite a bit of a mess that required a very astute knowledge of the court and it's way of conducting business. This firm worked out all the complications I had and help me return to my life back to normal. This is my experience with them and I would definitely keep them in my records should I ever have need of their service again.

Chris Roy is not shrewd or doesn't fight hard for his client. He's a nice man. I went with him thinking I wanted a fair lawyer not a shrewd one but I regret my decision. It took me a year to get wages garnished from my ex's employer and I still don't have many of the things the judge ordered for me to get. Chris Roy deserted me when I needed him most.
