Bogle Law is the only way to go, I had the privilege of getting to work with Tauna and David Bogle recently and I just want to express how grateful I am for all the hard work they put into my case. I met with Tauna several times over the last few months, and from my first impression to our last court hearing I was constantly blown away not just by her knowledge of the legal system (which was very extensive, impressive actually), but also of her compassion. She cared. She really cared about my situation and that was evident in many ways, one of those being the size of my file that she carried around. 'Piece of mind', 'stress'reduction...All that is a bonus if you need it. I needed someone to prove my innocence and kick some state prosecutor butt. Tauna Bogle did just that spending over 3 hours IN COURT arguing a motion to dismiss. I watched Tauna illicit absolute contradictions (lies) from both the alleged victim and the arresting officer. Despite what appeared to be a very cozy prosecutor/judge relationship - bound to establish a high conviction rate against all the poor slobs stuck in jail dreaming of a cigarette, cup of coffee, etc.., like most of which, I never would have made it through any amount of probation offered and therefore, needed to prove my innocence against those courtroom odds. Bogle Law (all of them - secretaries, paralegals, all staff attorneys, David and Tauna Bogle) KNEW my case. They studied it and all the law associated with my defense. Although I'm sure he didn't want to, the judge had no choice but to GRANT my motion. With over 40 years of trouble and countless attorneys behind me, I have NEVER seen true effective assistance of counsel until I hired Bogle Law.
