Beware. I would love to say I had a great experience with this firm, after wall that is why I decided to hire them to handle my divorce. This would prove later to be a terrible mistake. After exhausting all options to get my divorce squared away I felt after a free consultation this firm would be my best choice to make sure everything is done properly and with my best interest in mind. Nothing couldve been further from the truth as nothing was done in my best interest. From the agreed retainer that I put down on a credit card to today communication from this firm was absolutely horrible. The team in Gainesville did nothing for me. I expected the best guidance possible but unfortunately was given none, I mean they literally did nothing but the standard paperwork, something Ive couldve paid a paralegal a significantly less amount to push some paperwork through. They pulled a perfect example of bait and switch. Promising me from the beginning to get me to sign on that everything would be handled for the retainer amount of $2500. This retainer was used up well before we even got started with anything. The bill balances were ignored by the lawyer every time I questioned the firm about this. Their response was always dont worry, its not right, were reviewing it. Finally, after I continued to send emails asking for updates, which was the only way I ever got one, they finally seemed to get things started. Wouldnt you know thats when they finally decided to withdraw from my case due to non payment of my bill. They timed it just right to put me in a position to get more money out of me. I wasnt falling for this though, I no longer trusted them, they took advantage of me and they will take advantage of you too. Still nothing has been done and my divorce is in limbo. Please stay away from this firm. Youd be better off going to a paralegal to do the same thing these people did, or just represent yourself. These people do not care about you, your family, or your case, they only want your money and they will only work to figure out how to get more from you. My lawyer did nothing more than the standard paperwork I couldve filled out myself and somehow that came out to $3000.

If you are a man and you need to be represented in a custody case then look no further than this firm ! They are really good at what they do and keep you informed of whats going on in your case . I had to go through a couple lawers before I found this firm and I wish I had came here first . Take my word for it and save money by coming straight here . My Lawer is Kevin Conner and he did a fantastic job in my case and Im sure he will in yours also . Thanks to everyone at KENNY LEIGH for helping me get custody of my little girl and for all you do .

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SAY 'I HAVE MAJORITY OF CUSTODY THANKS TO MY LAWYER AND HIS TEAM'.As a man, having kids in a wedlock family isn't easy to obtain any rights without legal help. Basically men are sperm donors in the eyes of Florida law unless stipulated by a judge or marriage. But that didn't stop Mr. Connor. Mr. Connor is amazing, I really don't know if I'm just lucky. Mr. Connor promised me something and delivered more than what he promised. He has never steered me wrong and would always be up for any challenge. Any request of mine was like a demand to Mr. Connor. Im also very lucky to have Sarah Camacho, which she answered any to all my questions. If she did not have the answer, she would call me back after she had an answer. I will also thank my paralegal team which on the top of my head I only remember Kimberly Mitchell. Overall the Kenny Leigh and Associates team in Gainesville are the best. The only thing that had me freaking out is the price to obtain this help. Mr. Connor was generous enough to help me thru a brief moment of my financial struggles. Money didn't stop him from doing whats right. Also you pay for quality as well. This team is like family to me. Mr. Connor is my hero and will forever be MY HERO. My husband used this place for about 2.5 years. They didn't follow through on all the evidence handed to them. He went through 3 lawyers and a fill-in in this time frame. The last lawyer was worthless. He told us that we didn't have a case, that her lawyer would kick out whatever modification that we tried to put in and then refused to use our evidence saying we needed proof. Well what about all the stuff I just gave you. They are extremely lazy and do not care about helping they only want your money. In the meantime my husband was being lied to, the child was being with held from him, she refused to let him talk, and still doesn't compromise. We found a new lawyer and he told us that with all the evidence we have on her that we have a case for majority time share. DO NOT waste your time or money. They are useless especially Gainesville office.

Working with Brian North was absolutely Horrible . A easy finesse of 3500 for him with absolutely no positive outcome ! Suppose to be for service members and was actually against because of the lack of effort and work even with the facts and screen prints right in front of him etc. If I could get my money back for that waste I would ! Highly would not recommend, get someone who is going to take your case serious ! Just pathetic and a joke if you ask me !! Thanks for nothing Brian
