Everyone at this law firm is very professional and nice. This is the 2nd time that I had used Robbin Petras and both times she has done well for me. I have recommended several people to use this law firm and have gotten positive feedback. If you need a law firm to help with a divorce or child support, this is definitely the law firm to use. Robbin cares about her clients. They are not just a number to her and her team.

Robbin was a huge help to me. I was unable to attend every hearing and she took care of me and my case. She made feel confident the entire time and even got me more than I asked for. Mrs Petris is just a great attorney. Caring, compassionate and worked very hard on my case. But most important was her staff. They followed up, email me with updated and guided me thru my difficult times. Including weekends.Family law is very complicated, keep it simple and safe. Fees?? Robbin was the absolute best. She made me comfortable and I knew she really cared about what I was going thru. To this day I can call on her and she will be there. I was a scared woman whom after 30 years of having a husband and provider was dumped and just left to be on my own. Robbin made sure I knew she cared and would help me thru it. She is the best.

One of the worst Lawfirms - Billed 4000$ in just 2 months.They didn't do anything. When I asked why did you bill so much without doing any work for me? they say we bill in this way. Laura - is very rude. They withdrawn my case when I asked proper bill and modify the invoices. please staye away. they are not really cheap. they charge lot and lot of hidden fees. They spoiled my case.

I have been with Fl Family Law clinic for a while now. Gwen is absolutely the best at guiding me in the right direction and listening to me about all my situations, I always call Gwen lol. Before I had a weak attorney with Florida family law clinic but now!!!!!! I have Robin P she is awesome, she is prepared and ready. she makes me feel confident and that is a great feeling to have dealing with the courts. All of the negative reviews are true. Stay away from these clowns. They will take a retainer fee and afterwards will not even return a phone call. I tried for over a month to speak with Robbin and shes always too busy to even return a phone call. I guess they went to the law school of Duey, Cheatam and Howe! After disputing the fee with my credit card company, I was able to cancel the transaction and now they actually are trying to charge me a file maintenance fee. I guess my people will get in touch with their people on that one!!! RUN from these clowns

You get what you pay for with this attorney here. My wife hired her for our case that has been going on for 2 yrs. We had over 10 statements, videos, pictures, voice mails & over 40 pages of a home study ruling in our favor. Everytime spoke with her about our case after we paid that retainer it was like she never broke the seal to see what was in our case. She was Asking questions as if it was the first time she was speaking to us. She rarely answered her emails and was barely present to answer her phone. She is quick to bill us for the work or lack of work she was doing not to mention we had to call several times for her to file a motion. She always had her assistant answer the calls who had NO CLUE what was going on. We had a visit scheduled weeks before the case and she made us wait 1 HOUR!!! We just had to leave and did not meet with her because we had to work. The day of our court session our attorney 'Robbin Lynn Petras' DID NOT BOTHER TO SHOW UP!!! She sent her assistant. My wife did 90% of the talking on our case for our daughter who is being put in harms way by her drunk father. His attorney was aggressive and spoke over my wife because the assistant did not know anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL REGRET IT, SHE IS ONLY $175 FOR A REASON, SHE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING BUT BILL YOU. SHE IS A FRAUD AND SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING LAW!!! WE NEED A REFUND FOR HER NOT SHOWING UP IN COURT!!!

I'd give zero stars if possible, Robin Petras is the biggest rip off artist ever. I have paid so much money before even getting in to court. The ENTIRE office is rude and takes several days to even get back to you in a simple email. Robin has no business being a lawyer. In court she had no idea what she was doing and it was embarrassing to watch. They will email you and call you about the same thing over and over to run up your bill. I had to continually fight the bogus charges. Robin is very unprofessional in email and on the phone and will give you every excuse on why she can't get back to you. I am filing a grievance with the state bar association and will be going after her to get my money back. I am not writing this to just be hateful, but to warn others before they waste their money and time. I had a court case 5 weeks ago and she would respond to me on what to do next and here we are 5 weeks later with every excuses why she can't respond. You would honestly be better off trying to defend yourself. Not only is she extremely incompetent but her entire office staff is as well. Most notably CHERNEA MACK. most unprofessional person there. Every time she didn't like what I had to say she would hang up on me.

Absolutely terrible! My fiance used them and had paid over $4,000 before he ever stepped foot in a court room. They asked for the same documents multiple times as well over the course of months when things should have been finished by then. When he actually had his first court appearance he didn't even know about it until Saturday when he was supposed to be in court Monday morning and we live 4 hours away! The lawyer Spencer showed up late and didn't know anything about the case and asked how long it would take cause he had to be somewhere else. Then because after $4,000 and nothing was done and they were asking for more we couldn't pay anymore and they withdrew from his case and charged another absurd amount of money to that. Wish we hadn't wasted our money at this place. Please go elsewhere.

After a 2 year legal battle in order to obtain shared custody of my daughter I highly recommend the team at Florida Family Law Clinic. Robbin Petras and Jacqueline Spence represented me and my interest to the best of their ability. They never promised me anything other than making sure they fought for my best interest. From the start of this ordeal Robbin has been great at representing me at every hearing, mediation, appeals court, and final hearing, in which she obtain me 50/50 timesharing and parental responsibilities. My case has been very complex but Florida Family Law Clinic has held up with winning every step of the way. Chernea the paralegal assigned to my case did a wonderful job in keeping me updated throughout the course of her time at the firm, fought for me in every possible way and made sure she protected me and my interest when dealing with opposing counsel, I can never thank Chernea enough for all the work she put in my case, Gwen, Grace, Jessenia, David and the rest of the team have all done their part in getting me winning results in order for me to be a father in my child's life. I will forever be in debt to this legal team and what they have done for me and I will continue to retain them for future representation in Custody matters. If you need to assemble a great team to protect your interest Robbin and her team are the best in their craft, you will not be disappointed with the results and your interest will always be protected.

Did a lot of the work myself, Adam was nice but a little angry in court .I was afraid because his temper was bad in court. Kind of unprofessional and the staff is always on rotation there's always a new lawyer every month, they did finish my case finally.

They are great!! Handled my divorce and custody with professionalism. All the staff were so nice and I really felt like they cared about me and my situation. The final court date went just as we wanted it to. Thank you guys!!

They are a bad law company they'll ruin your life Adams is a bad lawyer really bad and they wanted to withdraw my case without any notice lawyer always late ,make yourself a favor do not go those people use a not professional and incompetent paralegal for hold your case,don't go

This lawyer was garbage, he failed to show up on time to two of my hearings. Then he filed a motion to withdraw from my case without any warning. Rude staff and incompetent lawyers.
