Mr Scalise and his assistant Katie were instrumental in helping my child to have the best outcome when his father and I divorced in 2015. I solicited his assistance again when my situation changed and was leading us out of state against my original parenting agreement. Because he is well respected in the courts and with other lawyers, is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, the process is easier to work through. What a blessing to have such a wonderful advocate who truly cares about you and your family. He listens and puts you at ease by his gentle manner and family friendly personality. We found Marco Scalise about a week before our protection order hearing. Marco and Katie were fantastic throughout the whole process of preparing our case, and Marco represented us wonderfully in the court room. Marco was very understanding throughout the whole process and we could tell he cared about us and our case. My teenage son was ticketed by an overly aggressive cop in a small NoCo town. It was a double-digit point count. Mr. Scalise took the case and immediately gave us recommendations of how to lower the points before going to court. We followed his advice and watched him do his magic. I think in the end my son was left with two points and a small fine. I would use him again in a second and recommend his work.

I would like to commend Mr. Scalise and and his Assistant Katie. He handled my Divorce in 1999, and he again won my case this January, when my ex took me back to court. I would rate him a ten if I could. He is an Attorney that handles himself with such class and respect for his profession and his clients. My ex battled me for almost nine months. When I would got down or stressed Katie would take time to talk to me. They are wonderful people. In my opinion Mr. Scalise is above reproach. He never raises his voice in court, but he gets his point across. He thoroughly researches the case and knows more facts than you can imagine about the party that is bringing you to court. He WINS for you!!! I live in GA , but I recommend him to anyone in Colorado. I will always use him for in issues I have in Colorado.

Very nice and seemed to care about my family, At First. As time went on I found myself writing multiple emails with the SAME concerns over and over with NO replies. He did not bother to explain any of the divorce process nor did he discuss things with me as an attorney should. I was very disappointed. I can't believe these people don't''t care how many families they screw over. They sure put on a show in the courtroom though...
