5.0 star rating 10/25/2018 Anne Jorgensen was a Godsend to our family in so many areas of elder legal issues - legal guardian/conservator, gifting, long-term care medicaid. I urge anyone who is taking care of, or has, 'aging' parents to consult with her firm to understand about gifting if the parents have any desire to leave even a meager inheritance to family, friends, trust, charity, etc. And don't put it off!! My mom worked her entire life with the plan to leave something to her kids. She got dementia which progressed pretty quickly - and without legal knowledge, very specific legal planning and swift action, would not have been able to do that. Believe me, there is a lot of planning and legal expertise required along the way as our parents (and us too for that matter) age! Many thanks to Anne and her staff!! Our family is forever grateful!

If you are in need of a lawyer to FIGHT for you to get your best outcome and best footing in your future after divorce, please do not make the same mistake I did and chose Rebecca Pepin. If you simply need a lawyer to file paperwork on time then she is fine, but keeping your circumstances in the forefront of her mind never happened, as well as receiving incorrect legal info from her. I asked some questions on different occasions and got different answers. She also conversed with an email address I do not use, leaving me with out a lot of important information, if discovered sooner, I would have fired her for this alone. When her personal life got in the way, I wish she had passed my case off to someone with the time to care about me or my life after divorce. Here I am post divorce and left with a giant mess due to her inefficient council. Please take my advice and search for a fighter.To top off the level of incompetence, my final decree was drafted with incorrect names. She never took my case seriously and the mess I am left with is inexcusable.
