Mr Tash Haq and his paralegal Tisha Wells are unprofessional. Getting someone at there firm to respond via phone, text, email, or mail is harder then the phrase pulling teeth. I am now going on 5 months just waiting on a counter settlement offer. Every time I called their office. Someone gives me the same line that Mr. Tash is just too busy in court to be able to respond. So I have since had to file against the firm to force them to go into court to deal with something that wouldve only taken a few minutes over the phone. I feel that he is only prolonging this case for financial gain over both my wife, and myself.

My boyfriend was granted a restraining order 4 years ago, primarily because he didn't have a good lawyer. When the restraining order was about to expire she renewed it. He is so honest that he will even let you know if its best not to hire an attorney at all (some attorneys would rather sell you false hope just to take your money).Sure, the consult may be on the high end but I can reassure you it was the best couple of hundreds I had spent to provide me the peace of mind I was desperately seeking. I did hire Attorney Haq and can now breath a bit easier ( not too much to soon as the battle has just begun) and will be sure to update my post once its all said and done.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and here is why... my divorce and custody battle is very contentious and beyond high stress. My case also includes multiple domestic violence restraining orders. I originally hired another attorney in Riverside and quickly learned she was NOT the right person for my situation. The day I fired my original attorney I decided to search Google using the keywords 'ruthless divorce attorney' and among the top three showed was Haq Law Firm. Solely based on the reviews, I called Haq Law Firm, in tears and was met with a very sweet and understanding voice on the other end of the phone. Aubrey assured me that I had called the right place and that Tash Haq (the attorney) would take very good care of me (she wasn't wrong). I went in for a consultation that same day and knew, almost immediately, that Tash was the attorney I needed to help me through this disaster I call my life. My case is, in my opinion, pure insanity. My ex is an abusive liar that despite my best efforts, beat me to the courthouse and filed a bunch of lies and temporarily succeeded in removing me from our home and taking our 9 year old daughter away from me. Tash got to work immediately, although the courts don't work nearly as fast, I eventually got my daughter back. Tash is beyond thorough and always easily reachable. His entire staff reflects the same qualities. They respond to all phone calls, emails, and even texts. In court, Tash is well prepared, articulate, tactful and confident. I can honestly say that Tashs ability to present my boyfriends case to the judge was the reason he won his alimony case. My boyfriend had been married for a little over 10 years, and after his x went to prison for grand theft (for the second time) he decided to divorce her. After she got out of prison, she had the audacity to take him to court for alimony, so my boyfriend decided to seek out an attorney. My experience with haq law firm has been amazing. Tash, Dereck and Aubree have been great very informative and helpful. His office helped my fiancee with a high conflict child custody case/move away. After a year of going to court four different times against my ex husband I was unable to get a court order for child support. I went to HAQ Law firm as my attorney for assistance. He not only suppeona my ex husband's job and bank statements he fought for me in the court room providing proof of income against my ex and aggressively defended me in front of the judge. Because of Tash, a child support order in the favor of me and my kids was granted and the case has been closed.I was also worried about my child support arrears, and Tash even took care of that by settling on an amount, and now I don't have to go back to court on that issue anymore. Bottom line. I don't have to file anymore requests for hearings to deal with this complicated child support issue, and the best thing was that, it was my ex who requested a modification of child support to lower his payment, and it backfired on him. I am extremely grateful for all his effort and dedication to my case and will continue to use his law firm for future cases.

When I came to Tash, I was in need of someone that I knew was going to give me results, and he did just that. I had been fighting a child custody case with the father of my daughter for about 3-4 years. The entire time, I have been doing it on my own and each time feeling like I wasnt getting anywhere, even with proof of my daughter not being cared for properly in her fathers care, I felt like I wasnt being heard. Before I met with Tash, I was trying to do things on my own with my custody case. When I met with Tash he was very clear in his strategic plan and direction in the way he wanted to defend my custody case. I chose the Haq Law Firm after interviewing many other attorney's. I had just fired my previous attorney because she simply wasn't representing me and wasn't handling my case in time. When I hired Tash, he informed me that my job was to sit back and not interfere or feel sorry for my ex-husband, and simply just let Tash do his job so I agreed and hired him. To my amazement, I did my job and he did is job well! His paralegal Donna always kept me informed of what was happening or what was going on. Donna made me feel like they were on top of everything and there worked proved to be true. Not only was Tash able to locate all the money my ex was hiding, he was able to discover extra hidden assets that needed to be included for spousal support orders. During the spousal support trial, Tash caught my ex in several lies. Tash also had to depose my ex's mother because she was helping him hide money and lie about it. Tash was able to prove to the court that not only was she a liar as well as my ex. Tash caught my ex in all his tangled web of lies. Before my spousal support trial began, I sat and watched the other cases and watched the Judge side with most of the males in the court room. I was nervous at this point. As my case went before the judge, Tash was able to prove that not only did my ex lie, commit perjury and fraud to this court, but also to me. The judge had no option but to sanction him with $25,000 for attorney fees and sanctions. Tash was also able to retrieve a lot of my lawyers fees as well because the trial took longer than it should have because of the lies that my ex was telling and the misrepresentations to the court. Spousal support was set aside and re-ordered to a higher amount where my ex now owes me well over 50,000 in back spousal support. My VICTORY was better than I could have ever imagined. I found favor in all things. The judge was fair and just and without Tash and Donna there was no way that I would have been able to retrieve a fair judgment. I am so grateful to Tash and Donna, his paralegal. Tash is hands down the best attorney that I have dealt with and seen in the court. Until I found the Haq law Firm online, I had spent the prior 2 years in and out of the Family Law court in Riverside trying to gain custody of my 3 children from their mom. She would purposely and deliberately defy any custody agreement I could come up with. She would taunt me online, keep our kids from me and even went as far as telling them bad things about me that were of course untrue. I felt helpless since I had a previous lawyer who was terrible, and achieved nothing. By chance I came across The Haq law Firm online and made the call. It was the best call I could have ever made. Mr. Haq guided me along the way. Donna, his paralegal, was awesome as she handled all of the paperwork and made sure what we filed was exactly what the courts needed. I felt 1000 lbs of stress come off my shoulders as Mr. Haq was open and honest with me throughout the process. All along the way he promised to aggressively fight for me. When court day arrived Mr. Haq did not let me down. He was aggressive and meticulous. Mr. Haq knew the legal system inside and out and would not be bullied by anyone and he missed nothing. My ex got a lawyer and Mr. Haq made the other lawyer look like she just got out of law school. In court he made sure I received the best custody agreement possible and aggressively fought for my rights as a father. It was a long day but in the end I walked out happy and smiling knowing my rights as a father was successfully fought for and I now am able to see my children on a consistent schedule, of my choosing. I would not have been able to achieve this without the help and guidance of Donna and Tash. Tashfeen Haq is an unscrupulous lawyer who will find ways to squeeze the most fees out of you. He doesn't understand family law and will waste your time. I was awarded a substantial reimbursement for unjustified fees he charged, and more than a month after the award, he has yet to pay me. In spite of the reimbursement, no one can compensate me for the time and energy wasted with this stupid lawyer. Who the heck are all these people giving five stars anyway?????
