A female commissioner in riverside family doesnt show the ability to listen to both sides. Once shes come to a conclusion, its over for you. As a bench officer you should hear both sides then make decisions. She doesnt know the backdrop of a familys dynamic makeup and shes making rulings that arent reasonable. Example. Reasonable would be to drop off and pick up a child midway from both parents house. Not allow the restrained parent to pick up from the restrained house. Smh. Never sign a stipulation for a commissioner to hear your case.

Judge doesn't listen.. Court appointed attorney is useless.. No help at all. Very biased and need to get your own attorney if on the defensive side. They don't even read your proof of paperwork. Just terrible.

I have a question I pay my child support and am getting it caught up .That being said am I less deserving of a check from gov stimulus than undocumented workers etc am I less hungry and more able to support my bills than the others ? This does not even produce logic if I have no job, food, and gas etc am I going to be able to continue to support any one or anything?This is government overreach and my ex wife agrees .She is going to send it to me but I feel this is an unjust all the same just thought you should know.

I believe customer service reps feel as if they have some sort of power due to the legal aspect of the family law situation. I have seen this in municipal court as well. Not too overbearing but when we are all stressed out and need help we deserve respect and compassion and I see absolutely no training being done to assure the stress doesnt take over the clerks that run the paper work through. I am grateful for their efforts however someone, the manger needs to be visible and overlook their work force to ensure none of this occurs. Ever! I was told that because i didnt have a case number i couldnt be helped. I went to the free paralegal clinic and they helped me find it in two seconds.

This place is the worst I am glad I can finally move my case out of Riverside. I have been fighting for custody of my daughter for 4 years. I have a great career working at a college, never been in trouble with the law, I dont do drugs at all, I take very good care of my daughter yet my ex husband who has been in trouble with the law, has a record, was also arrested for hitting his girlfriend and committed credit card fraud against me has gotten majority custody of our child almost every single time we have gone to court. I dont know what they are thinking! I have to pay over 300 in child support after that jerk racked up over 20 grand in debt against me after we got divorced. Yet they side with him almost every single time. Riverside is a joke

Don't expect any kind of justice here. The judges make hasty rulings based off sob stories and false allegations.

By far the worst court house ever. Customer service/Judges are very rude and not helpful at all. Judges don't even look out for what's in the best interest of the children. It's so sad they can careless how much proof you provide.

They don't base their decisions on law but on their own perception of it. If you go here with even a bottom of the barrel Attorney you get the floor and decisions. No Attorney not so much. Remember appeal is where your case is fought because that's the only place the law really gets applied!

It's bad enough to get a divorce people here don't need to be so bitter and on top of that vague as all heck ... every single person here has a different answer to what's going to happen and what I need to do... really isn't there suppose to be a system? It's court for goodness sake!

This place is the worst, first Jude Lucky granted a restraining order to my wife not based on any form of violence but because I'm 6'5' and 265. He said that I looked like a intimidating man. Then proceed to give me 4 hours of visitation with my children without any proof of violence. This court is the most unfair place to fathers and I have no choice but to deal with them. I also filed my response to my divorce papers and was granted a payment plan on the filing fee I made one payment of $150 and then they told me that my paperwork had been voided due to the payment being one day late and that I would have to refile the paperwork and request for a refund and that it would be mailed to me if it was granted. This place is like going to prison the f**k in the a** every time they get a chance.

The court is run like a mom and pop shop. They open when they want and time is not important to them. 8:30 to a court means 8:30. Not 8:40. It's a mistake that had me wondering if I was in the right building. Buy a clock folks and use it.

It's very frustrating that literally every person who works here always has an attitude. Even when you are as nice as possible they still give you attitude and talk down to you.

This place is horrible. The clerks do not know what they are doing. It has taken me months and months to file paper work because they mess them up or lose money orders or send money orders back then send papers back saying we did not pay filing fee. I really do not understand how the clerks are still working there with all the mistakes they have made with my paper work in the past year I could only imagine how many others they screw up!

for everybody to know... when going to court you should always file to see a judge not a comissioner. sorry spell check.. there is a new black comissioner that came from LA and she is horrible. it isnt my case i go to court for but i see her make bad bad choices. so remember to file to see a judge!! never let a comissioner be the choice maker. this lady will ruin your kids lives and if possible move for 6 months out of riverside or san bernadino and then file cause these counties have the highest death and injury to children due to cps taking kids, placing kids with the wrong parent or persons in the foster system. this is a horrible court house due to the rude that is employed there..very few smiles. the nicest person i met was the cleaning lady and maybe the security when you first walk in.

This place is horrible. Theyre rude , make you wait in line a long time for help , and when you finally get help the clerks are impatient, and not very helpful. I know they cant give legal advice but at least have the courtesy to assist people with forms and not make them get in line again to ask a question. Youre better off going online and printing at home or library. They also need to change pay parking from 7am - 4pm since thats what time they close. If youre theyre at 3:55 they lock you out . This is only my opinion but I feel Riverside County is typically biased in favor of women. The judhes hand out restraining orders and wage garnishments against fathers like theyre candy. Not all dads are bad and not all moms are good. Dads shouldnt have to pay for the mistakes of others from decades ago. Times have changed but sadly some peoples mentality hasn't.

They are AWFUL!!!!!!!! Go to the Hemet location instead. Riverside Court employees are EXTREMELY rude and a lot of the Mediators do not even listen to both sides before making a decision. Plus because of their negligence my divorce papers got rejected multiple times!!!!
