I had a free consultation with attorney Robert Deller. He was very understanding and listened to me very patiently. I was very satisfied with his experience and how much he cared about my issues. I highly recommend him for any legal services. I spoke with other attorneys and they were not as caring as Mr. Deller was. Thereafter, I hired Mr. Deller for my Family Law matters and was very satisfied with his services. I couldn't have done it without him! He always returned my phone calls in a timely fashion. His staff was very friendly on the phone and when I was in the office. Every time I left his office or spoke with him on the phone, I felt a weight had been lifted off my shoulder. He gave me so much peace and saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend him!

Words cannot express the amount of gratitude, appreciation, and ultimately indebtedness our family has and feels for Mr Deller and his Staff. I have been in a heated custody nightmare for over a decade, and our last experience with a local lawyer was an utter joke. I was referred to Mr Dellers office by two relatives of mine when circumstances once again turned negative, and he and his staff were both amicable, and VERY knowledgeable. From speaking to him during the initial consultation I saw more passion, empathy, strategy and experience then I saw in my previous lawyer during the whole time he represented our family. I knew immediately that he was the one to represent myself , my son, and ultimately our entire family as this has been a nightmare for everyone. Having had such a horrible prior experience, I was hesitant, emotional, and to be honest so exhausted from the years of negativity my son and I as well as our family had endured. Mr Deller took his time and asked questions, and kept me calm throughout the entire process, he broke down the case and our situation, and he and his staff followed up in a timely manner to ensure I had the latest information. They took my hundreds of pages of ten years of reports and documents, and turned it into an amazing stipulation that had my son and my best interest front and center. Mr Deller was nothing but honest and forthright and it was much appreciated, I was left with no false hopes or expectations.I had honestly lost faith in the legal system, after how bad things went before, its heartbreaking as a parent to have your child be forced to go on visitations he doesn't want to, where his father wouldn't even be present for a majority of the time, or with a step mother who despises him openly, at times literally having my son ripped from my arms to go, crying and screaming. Our pleas fell on deaf ears for so many years, until we found Mr Deller. I have never been so in awe of a person who displays that much passion and conviction for their job, but its very clear to see that it is not just a job to him or his staff. When it came time to discuss settlements and my sons father started his usual deceitful games, Mr Deller called him out on every single lie, and manner of manipulation, my jaw literally hit the floor and I gasped, neither my ex or his lawyer knew what hit them. This will remain one of the best memories of my life, my heart knew at that moment my son had won, his voice that had been silenced for years was finally heard. I had no doubt Mr Deller would bring justice about and handle business, but I had no idea how truly EPIC it would be to witness. Mr Deller fought for us, and took the time to do his research, and I can sit here and honestly say after 12 years my son is no longer forced into visitations, and we have the support we have at times so desperately needed and were denied. My son is finally free to be a kid, play sports, visit family on the weekends, attend family functions, and attend the school that best suits his needs.My only regret is that I did not hire Mr Deller sooner, we all will be forever in his debt, and forever humbled by his service! He is our Hero! Thank you a million times over!

Mr. Deller was my attorney when finalizing my divorce that was going nowhere. After my initial meeting with him I hired him IMMEDIATELY to finish what my previous attorney was struggling to do. To this day I still continue to use his office for any legal matters regarding my divorce and ongoing custody for my 3 children. Mr. Deller and his office staff have been a tremendous source of information - they have provided concise and sound advice and have provided specific direction that has been tremendously helpful with the aftermath of my divorce. I have referred several family members and friends to Mr. Dellers office and I am amazed at the results he has been able to provide to friends/family as well as myself without compromise. A thousand times THANK YOU to Mr. Deller, Kelsi and office staff for everything - you all have been a constant source of support and I cannot express how thankful and grateful I am to have had you in my corner (as well as my kids!) and most appreciative of your constant availability when needed.

This attorney is the reason all lawyer get a bad name milked me out of ten thousand dollars and then dumped me his legal staff that I dealt with is no better. Had to threaten him with reporting him to the bar to release money that he had put in escrow I most definitely would not recamend this attorney.

I regret hiring Robert Deller as my lawyer. He comes to court unprepared and every time we went to court he would tend to other cases first before mine. The paralegal staff he hires are unprofessional and use improper grammar when preparing court documents. I wasted $4500 and had to hire another lawyer to get the job done right!
