I worked with Mike for about 7 years on a case and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I felt heard, he was clear on what was material and what was not. I trust him and his staff. They worked hard and diligent for me. I would use him again.... let's hope I don't have to, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike Darlington.

I am not sure how anyone can give this attorney a bad rating! He was my attorney in 2008 because the man I thought I would spend my life with decided he wanted to fool around and leave me in an airport. I called Mr. Darlington because of his outstanding background. He asked me what I wanted and I told him. He immediately told me what the procedure was and what to expect. Of course I won because I hired the best and he represented me well while I resided in Illinois. He does his job best if you let him do what he does. No complaints here. I would hire him again if it was necessary. Thank you Mr. Darlington for helping me get my life back.

The worst lawyer ever. Mr. Darlington is a immoral lawyer who does and says anything to win, including lies in his documents and seems to get away with it. All I can say is one day he will be accountable to god and I wish I could see that day. And for you to write back to me shows your guilty of unprofessional-ism and you WILL have to answer to a higher level one day. Shame on you. And as someone who worked her whole life, and doesn't do drugs, can you explain how great it makes you feel to let them go with the opposite?

Totally incompetent. Exuded confidence and bravado - until the check cleared. Never took notes, told judge there was no need to cross examine, only one or two questions per witness (the judge asked far more). He assured me that we had a great counter case, but just before court, said he didn't want to pursue it. My response was never really presented, since he made virtually no attempt to do so. Again, never took a note, didn't talk to witnesses he insisted were essential to the case (after they drove 4 hrs to be there), and seemed to have difficulty staying awake in court. In his office, he spent 15-20 mins trying to figure out how to work his printer (I was charged for it of course), and was much more interested in his new Apple Watch than going over the facts of the case. There are many attorneys more capable.PS After reading Mr Darlington's response, it is apparent that once again, he is not paying attention. While not a total victory, neither was my case a defeat. This is a review of his appaling performance, and not the results of my case, which he touted as a victory until now. Again, there are many capable attorneys out there, but Mr Darlington is not among them.

I met Michael Darlington in 1987. He was the defense attorney for my husband Ray Dino Davis. I never met anyone who was so confident and domineering. He was so handsome, but most of all he was the best damn defense lawyer around.My husband won his case by reason of self defense after firing 8 or 9 shots at my son's father Gregory Cook.During this same time Mr. Darlington also finalized our Divorce and Child Custody Case. He is amazing!!!! If you are ever in any real trouble retain this man, it will be in your best interest. He will be your savior like a knight and shining armor!!!!Love You MikeDarlene Brown
