Be aware that they do call you back and they do gather the info but they don't take the time to review your case or even remember it... I did a workmans comp case and every time I saw him I had to keep telling him over and over again what happened.... Found out later after my case was settled and done that if he would have actually done the work and remembered the case and how everything went down that I could have gotten more and wouldn't have been stuck paying Medicare back for some of the bills they paid that workmans comp should have paid... I was told this by an Attorney and a judge... Because I had more rights but my attorney was just not listening to me... So when dealing with any attorney make sure they know your case personally and throughly... I have never filed a workmans comp case this was my first but next time I won't be using this attorney's office....

During one of the worst experiences of my life all of the staff at The Law Offices of Craig L. Cook (Paris, Ar) went way above and beyond to help me. They not only fought for me when no one else would, they listened to me. They were extremely professional yet comforting. I absolutely made the right choice by choosing them to represent my case and would highly recommend them to anyone. They devoted countless hours to getting justice for my family on a case nobody else thought was worth it.

I would agree with Bob and Patricia that this firms attorney's do not bother to call their clients back. The Ozark location has a attorney who has a attitude that will disrespect you and belittle you. Friendly receptionist is the only positive I can give for this firm. I would give a zero star rating if I could! Very poor customer service skills this firm has!

I would agree with Patricia that this firms attorney's do not return phone calls! The attorney's are also very rude when you do get to talk to them. The main founder Craig Cook needs to reach out to his other attorney's and show them good customer service!
