While the chat feature is nice, getting anyone to actually call you back is NOT going to happen. Very poor practice, I can't imagine how poorly they treat their clients. What I don't understand is why advertise for new business when staff clearly don't want it.

I can not speak highly enough about tamaki law. I hired them to help me fight an insurance company after an auto accident that was not my fault, that I was getting no where with.
