While the chat feature is nice, getting anyone to actually call you back is NOT going to happen. Very poor practice, I can't imagine how poorly they treat their clients. What I don't understand is why advertise for new business when staff clearly don't want it.

Recently I was in a large lawsuit which Tamaki Law represented me. The law suit took a number of years from beginning to finish. Everyone whom I met at Tamaki Law was very professional and friendly.; We had to travel a number of times during the whole process which at times was hard on all of us but the At tourneys were always there with a smile on their faces even during the frustrations we had to deal with. I feel that all of their staff went above and beyond their duties in order to make sure that us clients were taken care of, and that we totally understood what was going on. I was referred to Sergio Garciduenas-Sease and I could not be any more happier that this occurred. I actually wish I started off my case with Tamaki Law right off the bat! With Tamaki Law their service and dedication is incomparable and truly like no other. I got into a collision when I was only 15 years old. It was the most impactful moment in my life. I suffered PTSD and various other injuries. It significantly impacted my teenage years. However, Mr. Garciduenas-Sease at Tamaki Law made sure to get the Justice I needed and truly deserved. Mr. Garciduenas-Sease and Tamaki Law supported me in ways I never expected. Mr. Garciduenas-Sease was my attorney and he truly believes in Justice. I can not speak highly enough about tamaki law. I hired them to help me fight an insurance company after an auto accident that was not my fault, that I was getting no where with. Megan was assigned to my case and I am forever thankful. She did an AMAZING job, I could not ask for a better attoney. She was so professional yet so personable and made a significant difference in my case. She always made me feel like she was on my side and never alone during the difficult times. Deb the office manager/ legal assistant was also incredible and so helpful. I would suggest Tamaki Law and Megan Hale to anyone looking for an attorney, especially a car accident case! Without giving to much information about my case, Megan and Deb got me from a $800 offer to $18,000 and my medical bills paid by my own pip to keep them from collections. Without their hard work I would have been completely taken advantage of by the insurance company and would have been upside down financially due to an accident that wasn't my fault.
