My name is Greg Hansen.After a prior surgery, I was wheelchair bound pending my recovery. Unfortunately, on January 9th 2014, while traveling in my wheelchair on a local sidewalk, I was hit by a car. This was a particularly stressful time in my life and this made matters compound. As a result, I accumulated many medical bills including an ambulance ride to a hospital, emergency room, attending physician etc. I was left physically and emotionally inept as my three year statute of limitations to file a civil action crept up. I brought this matter to attention of the Law Office of Jeff Whalley, founder of Whalley Law. I was very grateful that Jeff decided to take my case. He took the time to summarize what would probably take place and answered any and all questions I could come up with. As matters progressed, Jeff's paralegal Erin, worked diligently with me and was always available when Jeff was in court. This law firm only cares about money and will not fix any mistakes they have done. I went through a divorce and in the end I got the BIG STICK! Then to find out my ex wife gets married and when I called to get the maintenance stopped they said the order my attorney wrote up was stated as a judgement. So i had to battle the system for 3 months and then when I finally get DCS to talk to my attorney because they want to help me and get everything fixed. Well I reach out to my attorney and he states he did everything correct and that I am giving him false information. But how is it false when DCS even wanted to talk to him and then today he sends me a letter to withdraw from my case and then again brings up how much MONEY I owe him. So if you live in the University Place, Tacoma, Lakewood and Puyallup areas please please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE this law firm unless you want to be left with a HORRIBLE taste in your mouth like I was.
