For a law office i was so taken back. Incredibly nice very professional yet very humane. They listen they actually hear you. They research they advise. They dont push you to sign up with them . They shoot from the hip and are brutally honest. If you cant handle that do not go here. They treat you like you are real and matter

Bill and Bevin Maxey are two of the finest Attorneys in Spokane Washington. I have the privilege of calling Bill Maxey a personal friend who has gone beyond the call of duty to help me personally as well as legally and I will NEVER let any other attorney handle my legal affairs.

Bevan Maxey was the ONLY attorney to helped us to solve old case! After many attempts to locate an attorney who would have helped us to resolve a case that was a mix of criminal/civil offences, Bevan's office (and he himself personally) were able to bring this ordeal to a finish line with success! If I could put zero I would. STAY AWAY! Cam was my attorney for my divorce/custody with my ex husband who was a junky and homeless. Shouldve been a lot easier then it was. Cam was very eager to get my $ but then stopped working. She tried to get me to agree to everything my EX wanted uh arent you MY lawyer??? After getting NO WHERE with her I decided to fire her and get a new lawyer what drug on for 2 years with Cam was finished in 4 days with new lawyer and cost me WAY less. In the contract for Cam it states she has to earn her $ yet I got a bill for over $2,000 I saw her ONCE in person and always spoke to Deb her assistant. Needless to say I wont pay a dime it is sitting in collections where it will continue to sit.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Maxey law office is the best in town no hands down. My dad was very good friends with Carl Maxey and the Maxey brothers. They are very fair, and get to the bottom of what's going on with any case you have.

Bevan put forth effort to get me to sign his contract and collect his retainer. After that nothing without pleading for action in a divorce case. We started out with only 60 days before trial but I was never contacted unless to answer my wife's demands. I fired Bevan and got a extension of trial date out of it for $2000. Bevan's contract states his retainer is 'earned apon receipt' and that is his attitude. Lexie his helper was of no help either.

Ridiculously difficult to work with, and always 'out of the office' without returning most phone calls.

I wouldn't use their services. No care for conflicts of interest, or client-lawyer relations.

Terrible experience. What competent criminal defense attorney starts negotiating plea deal without 1st seeing the discovery evidence? 3 times we asked Jill Hogberg about the body cam videos, 3 times she lied to us and told us there were no videos. One body cam video had exculpatory evidence for dismissing the charge. My advice to Mrs Hogberg, next time do your job!! And your job is not to try and sell probation to an innocent man ... its like she was working for the prosecutor. We went with a different attorney, paid a 2nd retainer, received the videos, and got the charge dismissed. If you hire an attorney from this firm, and they end up lying to you, the client, or provide incompetent legal services, there will be no retainer refund.

Paid 4000 and left to fend for myself. Told my atty Jennifer Lampson with maxey law offices had moved to Walla Walla and I would need to pay another atty in thier office another 4000 to take my custody case! I ended up in trial alone w no attorney. Lost Custody and paid almost $60000 in child support to a lying cheating abusive ex! Glad we have Google so I can give my two cents about it!!

Put his place is awful. They just kept extending my husbands case then switched lawyers in the middle of it and told him he should take a plee which ended up really screwing him over. I will never ever recommend Maxey law to anyone.
