I hired Paul to help me litigate long-distance custody issues after reading some of his reviews on Google. Throughout the entirety of my litigation he was always professional while also being very personable. Im obsessively detail-oriented and Paul and his staff never made me feel like I was bothering them with all of my questions or concerns pertaining to my case. Paul and his staff promptly responded to every email or telephone call.Paul always ensured that I wasnt allowing the other party to take advantage of me, but he also appreciated the fact that my end goal was always whatever would be best for my children (which to me means as decent of a relationship with my ex as possible).Paul did everything in his power to settle my case, but we unfortunately had to take the case to trial as the opposition wasnt being even close to reasonable in their demands. Paul was extremely thorough in his preparation for trial, even taking the time to review my file over the Easter weekend as my trial was set to begin the Monday after Easter. Not only was he prepared, but he ensured that I was prepared to provide testimony as well. Paul laid it all out in court. On multiple occasions he brought forth the contradictions in my exs testimony, leaving my ex completely stumped with how to reconcile his answers. In the end we won our case by a landslide. Basically the opposition received what I had been offering all along, except the Judge gave me slightly more than I was even asking for. While Im glad to move on, I will sure miss Pauls friendly banter. If I ever have to deal with litigation issues in the future, Paul will be my first call.

I had a close that has gone on since 2013, with many many issues. The whole staff seemed to take personal interest in my case. It has been a long and grueling process, but they never once waivered in their commitment to my case. Jennifer Wofford is an amazing attorney! She took my case and seemed to genuinely take a personal interest in everything she read and the many issues I was going through. After many attempts to resolve this case, we ended up going to trial. In preperation for trail, the whole staff spent many hours making sure trail would go as smooth and organized as possible. As for Paul Dinenna......he was always friendly in the office, and as we got closer to trial, he would even spend some time sharing with me on what to expect. This was not something he was required to do, but he had heard enough about my case and share his knowledge to help minimize my stresses. He even showed up to the trial and sat in on the 3rd day observing and sharing his knowledge and recommendations. Again, not something he had to do, as I was not his client. I have not received the results of my trial as of yet, but I would recommend this law firm to anyone. Jennifer spent extra time and was very well prepared and organized, she made this stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. I cant thank her enough! Oh,By the Way, Jennifer was also 8 months pregnant, but this did not once deter her from the dedication that she and the staff put into my case. Strap in readers, keep all hands and feet inside on this wild ride. Our Journey with Paul started with a meeting with a mild mannered soft spoken man sitting us down at a conference table. My girlfriend and I were beginning a long arduous battle of custody. We had done research on a few law firms and decided to have a meeting with Paul and feel out if he was a good fit. He definitely has a lawyer professionalism however he doesnt just tell you that he can win no matter what if you throw money at him. He doesnt fill you with high hopes, he keeps you in check. He is refreshingly kind but also can drop you down a peg if you are doing something to hurt your case. He gets invested into the case as well as his clients. Every step of the way he was the guide holding the lantern and lighting the way to a positive outcome. He makes every effort to keep your from going to trial but if need be he will hunker down and dig in for trial. His preparation is terrifyingly attentive. He anticipates every situation and lets you know whats coming your way. When it came time for trial I was expecting him to build our case and tear down the opposing case. I was not prepared for the torrent of legal fury he was about to rain down. His preparation shone and it took all my willpower to keep my jaw off the floor during trial. He defends like a tank and attacks like a fighter jet. His line of questioning left the opposition giving out dead answers like I dont know. But Paul never relented. It was a fight between a grizzly and a squirrel. Not only did we get the outcome we wanted but Paul actually got the Judge to rule for less that what we initially even offered! He works with you each and every step of the way. The look on the oppositions face each day before court as Paul met with us whilst they waited to see their lawyer was worth the money. It boggles my mind how little we paid for his services. His costs were reasonable and he never charged us for things he didnt do. We found our forever lawyer. I am so glad no other lawyer is like him I cant imagine Paul vs Paul. Be honest and open with him and then sit back and watch this man draw a line in the sand and defend your position.WORTH. EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY. TENFOLD.P.S. we won.

If your seeking a lawyer with staff members that contradicts every mission statement they claims to up in the name of integrity. You found them! That's right if your one of those who just lies about your spouse and are willing to lie under oath. Oh wait and yes falsify orders that you know the judge will sign due to pre-order arrangements between all aspects and employed staff members of the court house. Using trickery, falsification of documents, lies , lies and more lies again you found your snake. I have public records of years of hearings that can and WILL prove that 'I'M' not lying. come on....haha that was kinda funny Just ask for it or just hold on a short time and I will share this truth with the world and it will be clear that the image lawyers have earned themselves (like a used car salesman) are indeed self earned....P.S. Make sure the opposing party has no relationships/friends/family that will definitely favor the opposing party....That is also provable! lol yes indeed...

Being a 22 year old knowing nothing about family law and in a really complicated situation and scared to go through this process, Jennifer and Kelly helped me in every way and more than I could have ever asked. I never went longer then a hour without a response whether it was an email or phone call. Everything I walked into her office wanting I received and she made it extremely easy on me. The cost was a lot more resonable then i could have imagined. Jennifer and Kelly are extremely easy to talk to! I would recommend Jennifer to anyone going through family law.

I don't understand the other reviews stating Paul is an aggressive man and that communication is poor. Whenever I contact Paul whether it be by email or phone call I heard back immediately. He has always filed my court documents immediately and always gotten quick results for me. He does not disappoint or let people down. He is a genuinely amazing lawyer and fights hard for his clients. I have never had a false charge from him for free services as others have stated and if you want to win- this is the place to go.

I called for advice and consultation on moving forward with my case! The Legal associate was very thorough with her advice and she took an exceptional amount of time explaining the possible outcome of my situation! Although I was just inquiring, I did not feel rushed or insignificant. I was made to feel as if my case will be handled with my family's interest at heart, and not my money.

Absolutely horrible experience. Communication was horrible. Took forever to get anything accomplished. And the worst thing is I go into his office to ask a simple question...because they would not answer phone calls, Paul comes in,irate and screams at me in my face because he was upset at my husband because my husband was upset with Pauls law firm. I had nothing to do with that, I was not directly his client yet he screams at me in my face. Ive never ever been treated that way but a professional. I left sobbing. Then he calls husband, charges him $200 for the phone call (when in contract says all phone calls are free). Paul told my husband he'd apologize but he never did. Pauls nothing but a coward who will take your money and has no heart for the families he's helping.

The worst experience ever and legal office staff lies to Paul, to cover their mistakes! Bullys women who have no cause to a case, makes them cry for no reason, other than self-esteem issues he has with himself! Coward, by every definition of the word! Wouldn't recommend him, if I could rate a zero he'd be it. Cause real men apologize and he's not a real man. Overcharged for services that said, 'we're free.' After his second attorney couldn't attend mediation and didn't get paid for her hours. The call charge appeared afterwards! Wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

After three years and three attorneys, I retained Paul. He was the only one who was able to resolve my very contentious divorce. He helped me quite a bit and did a great job.

Very poor office and follow up practices. Harassing calls about bill but poor contact regarding status of separation/divorce. Would not recommend.
