I hired Alison Erickson in February of 2019 for a very complicated, emotional custody case. Alison did an excellent job of representing me. Her communication was clear and direct at all times and I truly felt that she cared about me and my daughter throughout the process. I would highly recommend Alison Erickson to anyone in need of a family law attorney. Her fairness, compassion, and extensive knowledge of family law relieved so much stress and anxiety during a tough and tumultuous period in our lives.

When I started my divorce, I met with 4 different law firms, I did not like the first 3, they had poor attitudes and could tell they were just in it for the money. When I met with Robert Wright at David Crouse & Associates, I knew right away, I wanted him to represent me through the process. He did not disappoint either, he was amazing, a really great guy, and did an outstanding job. My divorce was rather messy and a lot of hours and work was put in to settle it. I can not recommend Rob and his legal assistants, Shyelle and Elizabeth, enough. I am very thankful for the work they did on my case and the ultimate outcome.

He doesnt feed into drama or emotions as far as his work goes and again, keeps it very level headed and to the point. He does not feed false claims or promises in regards to his work. 10/10 would absolutely recommend him as your go to in family court. Do NOT hire Alison Erickson for a case. She is not a good attorney. All she will do is the bare minimum amount and take your money

I never spoke with an attorney but the front desk woman I spoke with was incredibly rude. She gave me legal advice that countered previous counsel I received and had the audacity to question whether or not I could afford an attorney with zero information about me or my financial status. I gave her no reason to treat me poorly. I should hope this is a one off experience and she treats future callers with more politeness and respect.

The 1st thing I would like to say is WOW! I contacted Heather over 2 years ago from North Carolina and opened a custody case against my abusive and neglectful ex-wife who then lived in Spokane. Heather was very helpful and very creative in her approach to the case. She never gave me empty promises and was always very straight forward. Her assistant Elizabeth was always very thoughtful and pleasant to work with. What an amazing person. Over the 2 years we worked together we would make small victories that brought us closer to the main goals in our case. She was amazing with the Commissioners and Judges. I met with Robbie Wright to discuss legal advice. Robbie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, however that wasnt what prompted me to give a 5 star review. His compassion and the ease of communicating with him led me to give 5 stars. Robbie does and excellent job at making you feel more than just a client. When speaking with him he listens to understand your concerns and questions. He does a fantastic job at really trying to understand you as a person. He does all of that while being a top tier attorney. If youve had a bad experience with a lawyer or are nervous about the legal process look no further than Robbie Wright; you wont just be getting an attorney but a friend to guide you through the process making it as smooth as possible.

I heavily researched and hired Heather Hoover for an extremely tumultuous and complicated custody case involving multiple parties. Along the year long battle Heather went above and beyond in her representation of my case. The other parties involved were not reasonable and Heather never quavered or gave in. She was always straight forward with me, my case had no precedent or case law to rely on and if there was an area she was unsure of she informed me truthfully and did very diligent research. She was always right on top of any issue that arose, and there were many. My case went to trial after almost a year, despite Heathers many reasonable and fair offers and suggestions to opposing, and after one day of the 3 scheduled, the other party came to agreement with my terms and ended their opposition. There were many times I was nervous or lost and Heather was always informative and factual with the information I was confused about. I would highly recommend Heather and her team, its a very confusing and intimidating process, and its an amazing relief to have such a confident and brilliant attorney by your side.

This is a lengthy review, to cut to the chase let me start by giving my highest recommendation to David J Crouse and Associates for their dedication and determination! I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Heather Hoover and Legal Assistant Ms. Elizabeth Petrik. I live out of state and needed their assistance in getting custody of my two amazing children who were in a home that wasnt providing to their most basic needs. I was raised to believe the outcome for a father seeking custody of his children was bleak at best. My wife and I spent too long debating whether or not we had a case and couldnt imagine not taking action anymore, after all, my children's success and happiness in life is a deathbed moment for us. I was unsure of my rights and if I could even get the courts to agree to a major modification, as they are very difficult without the knowledge of a good attorney and good cause for modification.Ms. Hoover, however, quickly enlightened me to the possible results for my case. Every question I posed to her was responded to without hesitation (this no doubt eased my worrisome mind throughout the process).
