Take every negative stereotype you’ve ever heard about an attorney and apply it here. Scott Ashby & Justin Nipper are absolute scummy dirtbags with ZERO ETHICS. They take on too much work to provide timely service for you and will make excuse after excuse while taking your money and failing to uphold their responsibility to you as a client. Mr. Ashby stated in writing to me that “it’s just business”. They could care less about your outcome and will stretch your case out as long as possible to keep you in a vulnerable position and paying them to do nothing. Literally charging you money to explain to you why they haven’t done anything with your case for weeks over and over again and never giving your case the attention it deserves and needs to be finalized.I finalized my divorce in early 2021 and have had to follow up with post decree issues because of the lies and failures of the firm to execute the decree as legally advised. The divorce had no kids or parenting plans even involved. When my file was closed out they gave me 2 months worth of the 7 months of court filings and claimed they already gave me the rest. My experience with them was horrible and I found them to be dishonest, at best. Justin Nipper is currently under review with the Washington State Bar Association for his conduct and representation in my case.
