Do not hire Lindsey Noel. Unfortunately I did and after two meeting her fee increased. She was very inexperienced and quiet, not standing up for me whatsoever. She signed the final divorce decree without even reading it, as opposing attorney increased possessions to my ex. No joke she signed and didnt read. She comped the next 6 months of fees, still with unfavorable outcome. Horrible experience!!

I had an easy relocation case, mandatory military move with primary custody. Lindsay showed up the day of trial with no evidence to support any of the factors (even though I sent them to her) or to back up alcohol abuse and absent parenting of my ex. She told me that she was so nervous about the trial she didn't actually prep. She only got her briefs and evidence together a couple days before the trail. She also told me she hates cross examining because she doesn't like to be mean or have people not like her. So when my ex husband lied about all of his terrible behavior she didn't push back or have any evidence to fall back on.... After the trial she told me that we would be able to show the evidence to the judge if she believed his lies... then when the judge believed him ruled against my relocation, I was told I had absolutely no options. I am now forced to live away from my husband and step son for the next 2 years until they can hopefully be stationed here with me and my younger children. About $30,000 in attorney fees, and another $10,000 to pay for travel and to move back in less than 2 weeks after losing the trial. When I asked for a refund, I was told, 'our attorney represented your interests well both prior to and at trial' by the Law Practice Managing Partner at McKinley Irvin. I spoke with several other attorneys to somehow fix my situation, I was told each time it is too late. Your attorney ruined any chance of ever being able to move to this duty station with your husband. I feel like Lindsay ruined my life for the next two years and then made me pay her to do it. When I tried to be reasonable and just ask for a refund, McKinley Irvin stood behind her negligence and refused to refund an obviously horrible representation.

I had a consultation with Amy Carei about a shared property dispute with an ex-boyfriend that was in both our names. Amy laid out all my options very clearly, but stated the cheapest option would be to reclaim the property myself, an attorney was not necessary for that. I did what Amy suggested and the title is being signed over to me today, with no attorney necessary. Amy is worth her weight in gold. I would highly recommend her as she gave me the option that was in the best interest of ME, and not the firm's bottom line. Bravo Amy.

Very horrible experience. I expected so much more from Lindsay. I felt like she was working against me the whole time in my divorce. First of all I had to be on top my own things and call her non stop to remind and speed up the process. I wouldn't get any answers back from her. She used all my money to basically file the paperwork what I had filled out on my own. When I called to asked when my money are going to be paid to me by my ex she told me 'I though he all ready paid you', she closed the case on that and nothing I ever heard back from her. They will not be your support or give you any help in your divorce. Please find a smaller firm that cares about their customers.

My soon to be ex husband went through 3 different lawyers at this firm. The latest one, Rainier, has delayed our divorce going on a week now and won't return calls either to his client or my attorney. I would highly NOT recommend this firm for your divorce.

Horrible! I lost $10,000 to a lawyer here for a divorce. He represented me once in court, then said he did this and that, charged me for stuff I can't prove, like talked to my ex's attorney etc. then said I was out of money and I had to do my entire divorce myself! He went on vacation, then said I was out of money! The first 14 working days after I hired him cost over $5,000! this was for a simple divorce.. no kids, only a house with little equity to split.

My experiences with Anthony and Mallory were nothing but positive. They were consistently professional and responsive to my needs. The advice they provided led to successful negotiations between parties. They made an extremely painful and difficult situation much less so.

McKinley Irvin was recommended to me through a friend and I am pleased I used them during my divorce. Everyone at the firm was professional and treated me with kindness. This was the toughest time of my life and for almost a year Anthony Zorich and Mallory Absher were there for me. I would recommend anyone doing through a divorce contact McKinley Irvin and let them represent you. Without them I would not be where I am today after the last year. Thank you to all at McKinley Irvin for being there and being honest and up front with me.

I expected so much more... I could have done my own parenting plan, but I wanted a lawyer to be sure it was done correctly and catch anything I might have missed.... It ended up being the other way around! And expensive for me to correct his and his paralegal's mistakes!! Unfortunately, much of your contact is with the paralegal too... I worked with Anthony Zorich and his paralegal Mallory was HORRIBLE! There were incorreclty typed figures and data each time I reviewed documents. As for Tony, he was nice, but there were stipulations that I had in my head that I wanted in a parenting plan; I was thinking he'd have others to add too, but once drafted, I had to ask for things to be included that I thought should simply be there based on my type of case. I feel awful for less educated clients who might have signed off on the first papers they were given- I don't like thinking about how they might have missed some stuff and gotten screwed! Horrible experience. However, to be fair, I'll add that Tony patiently answered my numerous questions until I was satisfied with the answers and did have a few key phrases to put in the plan that I probably wouldn't have had on my own. I'm glad it's over and I'm done giving them money!
