Chris did an amazing job helping us negotiate a difficult time in our lives. Our situation seemed fairly hopeless, but Chris was comforting, professional, and did a great job helping us walk through this process. It didn't stop with Chris, his assistant Gina was super supportive, helpful, and patient helping us at every turn. If you are looking for a law firm to help you navigate a bankruptcy I can not possibly recommend Chris and his team enough.

Chris gets a top rating from me. He knows his stuff, can communicate it effectively, and produces the product right for the customer. He's also pleasant to talk with and is genuinely interested in the customer. I found him from a referral from a friend and will gladly recommend him to others.

I worked with Mr. Benson on my bankruptcy over 8 years ago while going through a terrible divorce.Mr. Benson and his assistant were wonderful. They returned calls and emails promptly and expertly handled our case, requesting additional information as needed while projecting a sense of calm the entire time. However, what is prompting me to write this review today is the 'after care' provided by Mr. Benson. After my chapter 7 bankruptcy was discharged in 2012, I've had to contact his office for issues that arose afterwards due to my ex. Every time this happened, he was there to provide the additional service needed to set things right. I would highly recommend his services.

Chris is on top of his game, i saw him as east coast friendly meaning, were here not to mess around and get to the point. He talks you through the steps and helps you get back on track and make things better. I had a last minute issue come up right after filing bankruptcy on a car that got taken away because of filing and they wanted me to fix wear and tear on the vehicle that was taken. And filed against my insurance. So I had him add it to my debts before it was all said and done.

Christopher cancelled my initial consultation appointment, I'm not sure why, but something came up on his end. I understand things in the legal word happen, so this wasn't a problem, I was just told to reschedule..no problem, except that when I called to reschedule I was told that Christopher decided not to talk to me about my situation and refused to reschedule me. I was told he didn't want to get involved with a bankruptcy ( which I never mentioned, want or need}, and that with a will in probate it was a problem. It seems to me this office is only chasing the easy money, and won't even talk to you unless they see an 'open and shut' case. Fortunately there are other lawyers who aren't afraid to take on complicated cases.......IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: Yes, I was contacted before my initial consultation and told to reschedule and I appreciated the call, however, I was NOT told to find another law firm so my case could be 'handled in a timely manner', I was told to find another law firm because you didn't want to take on the case due to the complications of the probate, and not to reschedule me.
