Very honest, knowledgeable and very professional. I felt very lucky to find Genesis. Out of thousands of list, I chose Genesis and called them, it went through very easy prompts and directly linked me to an attorney. I spoke with Brent about my case, he was very helpful. He took time to listen to my cases, analyzed the status of the case, briefed me on possible paths moving forward, explained me all the questions I have asked him, and advised me on those options whats best for me. I called Genesis out of the blue, without a referral, or any knowledge regarding the legal process for divorce. Mark Molay responded that day and worked with me throughout the entire 1.5 year process. Mark is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He immediately made me feel comfortable and heard...he knew I wasn't okay with anything other than being honest and waging a clean 'fight'. He never pressured me and always took a conservative approach to not create a sense of false hope when he wasn't sure of the outcome. Recently, Genesis Law Firm assisted me with my divorce. When I made my first difficult phone call it was Marya C Noyes, Limited License Legal Technician who answered the phone. She took time to answer questions I initially had, she quickly recognized I was a working parent who didn't have an understanding of the complicated divorce process or the time to figure it out. I quickly felt comfortable in moving ahead with Marya in assisting me with getting the process started as she was knowledgeable and confident in her ability to help me. Also, being a Limited License Legal Technician, Marya could help me at a fraction of the cost of an attorney. At our first meeting, I had to talk to Marya about some very personal details, she was very understanding and handled everything extremely professionally. Throughout the process, Marya was available and quickly responded to questions I had, no matter how small, we would sometimes be emailing more than once a day especially as the final divorce hearing neared. Marya prepared ALL of the paperwork required for each step in my divorce process. When I was in the divorce proceedings at the courthouse I felt confident that everything was in order and I had the sense that the judge did too because my case was heard and processed quite quickly and smoothly compared to others. I hired Brandon Gillin to help me with a potential real estate encroachment issue, as my neighbor was encroaching on our property. The process included Brandon drafting a license agreement, with the intent of me granting a license for the encroachment. The real 'win' in the process was how Brandon educated me as to issues and how our joint communication with the neighbor resulted in them changing their practices so they no longer encroached on our property and a license was no longer needed. Furthermore, by how it was handled, the relationship with the neighbor actually improved (is now very good). Due to Brandon's diligence and follow-through, I have protected my property rights and maintained good relationship with the neighbor.
