I will forever have a protective order on my record, because the Pall Law Firm did not follow thru with procedures to reschedule my court date. I was ruled against by default, because I was told it was rescheduled, but the firm never bothered to make sure the date was reset. This happened while Mrs. Pall was on vacation. I was told she hired new staff at one point, so hopefully this doesn't happen again.After this horrible start, I was told my case would be treated as a top priority by Mrs. Pall, but it was near impossible to get any communication or information about the progress of my case. My custody case never went to trial, because I did the work to keep the pressure on my son's mother to get her to accept joint custody. I did this with legal filings to various agencies and no communication with my son's mother, due to the protective order.Mrs. Pall was given all the info about what my son's mother and I agreed to, and one important point was that we had agreed their would be no geographical restrictions included in the custody order. When we all met at the courthouse to review the order, lo and behold, Mrs. Pall had included geographical restrictions, even after I had stressed that I would not accept this, and I would go to trial to avoid it.This is my only experience with hiring a lawyer, so I have no frame of reference, and that's why I gave two stars instead of one. Hopefully Mrs. Pall has a better staff and she is more attentive and vigilant towards her cases -- even the ones that involve the Little Guy.

I cant even come up with the right words to explain how wonderful Ashley Pall is. She got on the ball the moment she was hired and fought her tail off for Anthony. Her energy and passion is amazing. She is a firecracker!!! Seriously, back to passion, yall you can see it right off the bat how passionate she is. Thank you SOOOO much Ashley for helping my Boyfriend win. He needed that break and DESERVED it! He is an amazing person, so Im so happy he had you by his side. Youre a total sweetheart yet one tough cookie in court and I love it!!!
