Somehow under statute 203.005 this office can charge you 36$ a year for nothing. Just because they were notified of the case. Even if the case was opened with the AG within 72 hours. They also lie about prorating, are misinformed as to how they are shown in your court orders. And just repeat over and over that the statute allows them to charge even if no services were rendered. They are thieves. Oh and they are happy that theyre able to do this because they have the option not to charge, but instead they want half the amount of your water bill for NOTHING. They offer no help. They just say youve been billed 36$. Oh and this google listing says FREE, how does free equate to an annual fee?
