I submitted a web form and received a call back in regards to my case. I started off pro se but realized I may need some help. She was very rude and seemed to be against me as I'm trying to seek help from her. She made me feel stupid and like I had no hope. I ended up hanging up on her because I felt she was very unprofessional and not willing to listen or help. I have since found a great and understanding lawyer who takes the time to listen and not make me feel like there's no chance of me winning
