This law firm views are fake. He had my review moved from Avivo. I retain Thomas for child support case in 2015. OMG! VERY VERY BAD IDEA. He didn't ask for documents before court. Wasn't prepare for the case. I end up paying more than i should . Lets say formula. Child one, close to $700 month, reimburse medical , back pay $75 ($12,000 arrears) non-court order. Guess what? child one is cover on my insurance . Yes, paying double! Did he fight to lower &12, 000 . Yes, from $18,000 . Visitation, yes STEP N STONE. LOL Texas doesn't have a step and stone no where in the laws. By the way, still don't see the child. He recommend $75 dollar to be deduct for back-pay so i can receiver a tax return. I haven't seen a tax return since 2015. Take her back to court. Barely paying my bills. I was always in the child life from birth. Had pictures and videos, with witness saying i suppose the child. He should had took it to family court, but didn't!Child two $425, NO visitation . Guess what? I have no criminal background. Matter of fact; seven years in law enforcement with BA in Criminal Justice . How did that happen? Good question. Money is good, but i am not. Have to fight her in Arkansas' home state' family court. WITH WHAT MONEY THOMAS? Things got so bad attorney general had to step in. $775 child 1 $415 child 2$225 medical total $1415 month out of $2500 month salary

We found the howery law firm on the internet when he was partnered with Clay Wilkinson. We had a meeting with Clay Wilkinson and decided to retain them. At the very first court date mr. Wilkinson was sick. We had to reschedule the court date. We then got mr. Howery helping us. By then the other party in our custody dispute had hired an attorney themselves. We went through a social study and after we tried to make arrangements with the howery law firm again but they directed us to a new lawyer. A lady that is now with the firm. She was pretty abrupt and rude to my girlfriend and we decided not to use them. Then she billed us for $400. The whole experience with them was a mess to be honest. I'm surprised to see the reviews I'm seeing here. I would definitely not recommend this Law Firm to anybody. We paid them $1,500 and they basically called in sick then switch lawyers on us twice and told us we owed them more money.
