Kristin Postell has been very communicative and reliable. We live in Houston and hired her because she has referred by another family attorney we have. My sibling is being charged with a serious case he got while behind bars. Its hard to make a decision when hiring counsel. Shes so polite and professional when communicating the details to the case. Shes understanding when it comes to our familys needs. I would recommend her defense and counsel if you need representation.

CROOK. DO Not hire this Lazy Attorney! He swindled me out of $210 'FREE' Consultation fee. GO get your ALR hearing if you get a suspended license at the time of your arrest you only have 15 days to request. He only suggested an occupational drivers license. Do Not Settle for an Occupational Drivers License, it could cost you your career as it did Mine!! I was totally ignorant to the laws, I had never encountered an accusation from a DPS officer that landed me in jail. I trusted Mr Randy Wilson and he ruined my livelihood. Please Google your rights you will get more help than you ever could from this EDUCATED fool. He is way too busy with criminal affairs to represent us DUI/DWI offenders. No Email Really Beware! EXCELLENT! I had some issues that required a good attorney. I had asked around town who was good and Mr. Wilsons name came up several times. Let me say this... The wrong word was used. He was Excellent! Mr. Wilson worked for me and the results were positive. The money I paid verses a public defendant was well worth every penny. I HIGHLY recommend this agency (especially Mr. Wilson) if you are ever in need of legal services. I can't say enough, as I don't think I could have found a better attorney. I never felt uneasy with the staff or while in Mr. Wilsons office. I hope that I never need an attorneys services again, but if I do... Mr. Wilson will be the first person I contact. If you have legal issues and know you are being wrongly accused, Mr. Wilson is on your side...definitely, contact him ASAP!

Kristin Postell was a absolutely horrible attorney in my opinion. Easily flustered, wasnt prepared, and when she didnt agree with you she would change her mind on your case and lie about it. She told me she would happily represent me in another case and i told her i wasnt happy with the work she did on my current case so if i did hire an attorney for a new case it wouldnt be her. She then withdrew from my case and lied to the judge in why she made that dexision. After many continuations and hardly any improvement with my case. I allowed her withdrawl. Represented myself and got in hime visitation and eventually standard visitation with no supervision. She is cheap so thats one good thing but you will see why pretty quickly. If your looking for someone to fight for your rights as a parent i would highly reccomend you look elsewhere.Well you recall wrong because you never mentioned a discount or anything. I told you my case and asked what you charged which was the first price you mentioned and the only time money was ever discussed. Everything you said was a lie about more cases and abusive behavior I still have the emails and would happily make them public if you would like. The results you got me were the exact same from the day you took my case to the day I fired you. Which was the same day I fought against the guy you hired for me in court and won home visits. All the things the other party lied to the judge about were proven to be false by me. With evidence and questions you had no intention on showing or asking. They would make up a lie and you would get flustered like it was true. Instead of arguing evidence right in front of your face that said otherwise. I was fine with things moving slowly but things were going no where and only getting worse with you not fighting the lies they were making up. Luckily I did and won unsupervised visitation a couple months after firing you. And thank you for proving my point. You said yourself you were limited by my bad actions well that's exactly what I proved to a judge was a lie and after successfully showing the truth to all false accusations I was given my right without supervision. Something you never came close to accomplishing. All you were after were agreements, deals, and the easiest possible way out. Hire you again. Haha yeah right

Randy Wilson has been an outstanding attorney. He flawlessly picked up my case where another lawyer had failed. Randy promptly replied to every communication (phone, email, text) within 24 hours providing regular updates to keep me informed. Kristin Postell was and will continue to be my attorney. My ex husband tried to take my son away from me (long story) and I was terrified for over a week. CPS got involved, they found nothing and will be closing my case, and Kristin won my case today. I seriously had no hope, I prayed and prayed all week and had so many others praying for us too but I thought I was done for and the judge denied their motion and my son is safe with his mom and his amazing stepdad (who's more a dad to him than his own father). I hired Kristn Postell in reference to a suite brought forth by my ex-wife for a continuation of child support past the 18th birthday. Ms Postell did a superb job in handling my case. I was kept abreast of what was going on with the case by both email and telephone often times even when Ms Postell was working late into the evening.
