Lee Ann is amazing!! Very honest, even if it's not what you want to hear. She came fully prepared for our hearing and was very persistent in getting our case heard. Her staff was super nice and responsive and we felt nothing but relief after working with Lee Ann!

I needed an attorney fast. Lee Ann was recommended and I saw she had several positive reviews. I had 3 teenage kids that were taken away under false pretenses by CPS. Lee Ann was near-impossible to get ahold of and hardly ever in the office. Lee Ann was meek and mild in court. She was ill-prepared and did not show up early as most well-informed attorneys do. My father told me I was in trouble before the day even started - even though she had not even opened her mouth yet. He was absolutely right. He is a marshal and has seen his fair share of attorneys and the great ones get there early and are ready before the judge. During the hearing, Lee Ann had to keep being reminded of who was who and what was what - something that is hard to do in the middle of court. When I told her what I wanted to be done, she told me that was not a good idea to make the judge angry. We lost the hearing. When I asked her to file additional orders with the court, she refused stating she did not want to make the judge angry. She told me I would be lucky to get my kids back within the year if at all. I hired an outside lawyer to help her and she refused to work with him, so I fired her. He not only had my kids back within the month, he had the CPS case totally dismissed. Do NOT hire Lee Ann Morris if you need a tough and determined lawyer.

My friend hired her and she's literally the most useless attorney I've ever heard of. If I could do negative stars I would!

Ms. Morris was difficult to get in touch with. She was not aggressive in court against one of Abilene's top attorneys. Multiple payments I made were not posted to my account properly. I had to provide proof in order to get payments added to my account. Would not recommend her if you want a tough aggressive attorney in your corner to handle your child custody issues.
