UPdate :-)!!!!! Upon reading my review, Mr Sapps office told my agent, and myself, they would not close on our property unless I removed my google review or changed it, this at 45 mins before closing and funds exchanged. I told him as a consumer I was entitled to an honest opinion, but maybe after closing, my mind could be changed with a positive experience. He told me to get another attorney so we did! Just pass his conduct along to the SC Bar, and give business to the good folks at Weeks and Irvine. All works out!Original:one of the more brash and rude para legals you will come across. Do not expect any home closing or service after 1pm on fridays, regardless of any situation, as they are on hiatus after 1. Poorest communication you can pay for, and when it is, its brash. Should they have to change your appointment/closing date or time due to inclement weather...there is no notification of the such or any indication of what the plan is going to be moving forward. Then when they do call, you are given limited to no options on when to reschedule, just jump to their requests. Somewhere I must have lost track of who is the paying customer.Ask folks around Charleston about Sapp Law firm. A common theme of dishonesty and misleading is what I found and you likely will as well if you research it. To each their own!
