Kimberly Montanari provided legal advice and guidance during a difficult situation that last a little over three years. During our first meeting I found her to be experienced and knowledgeable. Even more so, I found out that she was HONEST. She doesn't sugar coat anything, and didn't tell me what I wanted to hear to get my business. Working with her, I felt that my situation was in great hands and she never steered me wrong.Her front office staff, Carolyn, was great and always took care of me and treated me like part of the family. Kimberly and Carolyn were both very prompt in responding to my emails and my phone calls. If I ever had a problem they were always there no matter what! If anyone asked me if I knew an attorney I would automatically give them Kimberly's card. If for any reason I ever needed an attorney again, it would be Kimberly. She not only represented me, but she represented my family. Because of her we are no longer going through custody issues. I dont think I would ever trust anyone else to help me. Its a hard thing to go through especially when its new and scary. But Kimberly was always by my side, always had my back and constantly went up to bat for me. She is a great lady face to face and she's a bulldog in the court room (in a VERY good way). Knowing I was walking in with Kimberly I felt 10 feet tall and extremely confident. I would never think of using anyone accept Kimberly. She is determined and tireless, understanding and tender. No matter what she never lost site of the end goal which was to support and have the best outcome for me.

Staff lazy, Kimberly never followed through on anything. Huge mistake! Shes so ADD she cant focus to ever listen or help with anything- EVEN IN COURT! Always a three ring circus!!!!

Really nasty. Especially to domestics abuse victims. Seems to think she is better than those of us who have been abused by a spouse. Would not recommend.

You get what you pay for. She is CHEAP! And she is dishonest. She runs up her billable hours and attempts to get you to hire all kinds of 'experts'. AVOID this con artist at all costs.
