If I could give less than one star, I would. After retaining this firm, I could never get in touch with anyone or get calls back. The ONE time I was able to speak with someone after the initial consultation, she acted as if she had no clue why I was calling and I had to repeat everything I had said the week before during the consultation. I was told that someone would call me back and never heard anything. I decided to terminate my contract after finding a Firm that actually provided me with the appropriate services and have been trying to speak with someone since 10/1/18 in order to finalize everything with this Firm. It is now 1/14/19. I initially went to the Firm and was told someone would be in contact. I have called multiple times and left messages. Terrible customer service!

Was told i was going to be represented, then no one returned my calls,or showed up at court. When i went to the office they stated they had issues with email and phone system. If i could give less than a star i would!

Not very happy. I had an appointment on the 10th of January. I didn't get to meet with a Sr. Attorney. The Jr. attorney I met with didn't have any answers for me besides he will have to speak with Candy and get back with me. I didn't hear anything from them until January 24th and it was by letter telling me they couldn't accept my case then referred me to legal aid. Claiming that the recovery in my case would far exceed the cost of their representation. I feel like the consultation fee they charged shouldn't have been paid because I didn't even get any questions answered and that was the main purpose of my visit. Isn't that what a consultation is for? If they were so concerned with my finances and the financial strain my matter has already caused me, they could refund me my consultation fee that I got charged. It's not like I got ANY of my questions answered. Not a good look.

Do not use Upstate Law Group for any of your legal concerns. Their communication is beyond poor, and they are inefficient at caring for matters that have urgency. They also have no regard for anyone they work with. They also chose to discuss matters that they had no business discussing to unauthorized people. I would not recommend working with this law firm in any way.

I have an unpaid invoice for service of process done for this company since 4/20/2017. No one will answer emails regarding this invoice or phone messages left. Very unprofessional! I would not do business with this firm!
