He seems like he lacked empathy, customer service and politeness. He may be more than competent, but little things I noted above made me not want to invest and spend my hard earned money with him. I looked for someone with more sensitivity training and empathy coupled with customer service. He rudely tossed my debt card at me after paying him the 60$ consultation fee. Things like that make all the difference to a consumer/ client

Alex handled my divorce, following 14 years of marriage and including custody issues of two children. He did an excellent job of communicating with me concerning my case and ensuring I made good decisions, based on logic and reason, rather than emotion. He was a calming voice in a time of turmoil. I was caught off-guard before moving out-of-state with my children by their father who modified a custody order last minute. Alexander was creative at finding solutions for both their father and myself. He was professional and communication with him was always pleasant and to the point. I appreciated his patience in helping me understand the process while we finalized our parenting plan and eventually came to an agreement that suited our situation. I will definitely be referring him to friends and family living in that area.

Our case was emotional, complex, and we do not live in Oregon anymore either, so there was a 300 mile distance between us. Alex made the case, and resolving the case, easy and smooth.
