DO NOT HIRE, Took Him 9 Months to file my motion after being paid in FULL then a week before trial he withdrew because he didn't prepare for my case and then demanded 5,000 and never sent me a statement of any kind. I actually got a lot farther in court with out him, any review supporting him are probable his friends and didn't actually use him in their case what a shyster. My advice get a real attorney he is a bargain bin attorney and doesn't know much about family law and you get what you pay for. I have had many attorney's in 14 years of being in family court he was terrible! worthless! When my daughters' mother suddenly left town with my daughter, I hired Paul to represent me in filing for emergency child endangerment custody. Unfortunately, he failed to even mention she had left town in the document we filed. He also failed to inform me the judge might ask for my daughters' birth certificate. Then, during the hearing, he mentioned her mothers' mental health issues, only to realize he forgot to put that in the document as well! Needless to say the motion was denied.

I am a former client of Paul Sherman he is nothing but a ripoff ...and only cares about taking your money ...He is unorganized and the weakest attorney I have ever seen ....he did absolutely nothing for nearly a year ......After he lost my case I requested a DVD of the court proceedings of him when I watched it ...All the other attorneys in the courtroom were laughing at him behind his back ....Let me repeat that ...his own peers ...other attorneys can be seen laughing their ass off ...literally !! at his incompetence and lack of organization in court .....I later had a long talk to the Judges personal assistant and she told me he was incompetent arrogant and apologized to me for wasting $5000.00 ...she also told me he only appears maybe once or twice a year regarding family matters ...After court he did not even have the class to discuss what just occurred ....he simply walked away ....without saying a word ....what a creep .........# Total waste of money with a loser who pretends to care ....

Mr.Sherman was not only inept, but unethical.
