Terrible. He will milk you for everything he can get. We spent almost a year of our time and over 7k for zero results. He talks a sweet game but there is no action. After hiring another attorney the case was settled in three months. It's hard to say whether he is intentionally wasting time and making money or if he purely incompetent. Either way I you should not hire him as your attorney.

He sells a big game but no communication whatsoever unless I call him repeatedly. He always says he's going to talk to the DA and gather information and call me by some day and then I have to blow up his phone again and just forgets our previous conversations. I do not recommend him as an attorney, go out of Klamath Falls and get someone worth while. Sadly I recommended someone who already handed him thousands and he's done the same thing with him and hasn't done anything.

!!!DO NOT HIRE!!! unless you want to pay a sizable retainer only to do all of your own case work, and never receive any response from this office on behalf of your case. Know that he will drag his feet on everything he does and the work they 'complete' is entirely unsatisfactory. !!!!HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!I have never met a more manipulative individual who uses scare tactics to attempt to highlight himself as your only hope to resolve your legal issue.READ THE BAR COMPLAINTS FIRST and PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH on this law office.. Building is also under disrepair, personal files are open and accessable for anyone with a brick (as he lays important files open on a huge table in front of a huge glass window and an unlocked door).
