I was assigned Jennifer for my bankruptcy threw a website i cant remember what it was called an literally is the worst lawyer i have ever had im so glad she isnt defending my life in court i can never get ahold of her an my bankruptcy has been pending for 7 months. She dose not care about peoples situation an anyone that says otherwise is lying. The good reviews are a lie on here I promise.

If I could give zero stars I would as my bankruptcy case has been lingering for over 6 months. I paid $2400 to retain Jennifer. She appears to be aligned with the trustee and is not fighting for me at all. She lacks communication and doesnt return phone calls or emails. She had to reach out to colleagues for advice and appears to lack the creativity needed in a lawyer. I feel like I'm on my own. I called the trustee crying one day asking for advice. They explained things to me in a much better way than Jennifer did and appeared to have more empathy for my situation than my lawyer does. Save your money and pay a legal aide to draw up papers and do it yourself. Dont learn the hard way like me.

She showed compassion as well as a deep understanding of laws and ordinances as they pertained to my case. If I need additional legal representation in the future, I would not trust any one else.

I was referred to Jennifer Schade by the Oregon Bar Association Referral Service. I made an appointment for a phone consultation with her assistant about a land use issue in Klamath County. I then looked her up on Google and discovered that her reviews say that she is unreliable and of dubious integrity. I decided to go ahead and see how she conducted herself in my case, not wanting to jump to conclusions. True to the reviews her assistant called and cancelled the appointment and asked to reschedule...Now I know that things come up, but the referral appointment is at a reduced rate, only $35 for a half hour consultation. How long would I have to wait to actually HAVE my consultation??? I need my questions answered in a timely manner. I believe that I will be best served looking elsewhere for legal advice.The thinks that we do are what makes us who we are. You may do something for a while, like smoking, lying or stealing, but eventually it becomes who you are. The same life principals apply to integrity.Take this for what it is worth when YOU make your decision.

I was represented by Ms. Schade in a divorce matter. I waited until my case finalized before leaving a review, as I saw some disgruntled reviews. I believe negative comments about how long the Courts take to hear a case, or comments from opposing parties are not valid. I got a better result in my divorce than i could have hoped for! In fact, my now ex wife said I had the better attorney, and if I hadn't had Ms. Schade, our divorce would have went in her favor. This attorney fought for me and my case in Court, and I will hire her again. Highly recommended.

No ShowI made an appointment with her almost three weeks before the appointment. I showed up a little early and her office door was locked. Thought they might be a lunch. I called when the door was still locked at the time of my appointment, still locked. I called and left a message. Waited 15 minutes, still nothing. I understand having to change an appointment, but not calling to do so shows a lack of professionalism as well as respect.

I had a good review for her but now it's still not complete, the adoption part is but we still don't have my son's correct birth certificate and she will not respond to email inquiries. I would have given glowing reviews before but now I don't know what happened.

Do not obtain this attorney, she never returns calls or emails. Didn't show up for court, lied to the court stated she thought my court was in Medford when we spoke on the previous Friday and she told me I had to be in Eugene on Monday and that she'd see me there 40 mins before I wa s to be in court her staff called me to tell me she wouldn't be there and that I'd be fine without her that the judge was only going to ask me simple yes or no questions. Then I received papers in the mail saying she hasn't filed all or proper paperwork, very unprofessional, or scatter brained. Shows lack of care or concern for her clients. This is our lives and we paid you to represent us, if you can't handle the work load don't except the job.

Please do not consider her as an option. Tried to get ahold of her for weeks never even got a phone call. She drew our court case out so bad it took us almost a year to get into court for 15 minutes because she would cancel out court date until she couldn't put it off any longer. Then to top it off two weeks before we are supposed to go to court, she drops us as a client. Leaving us hanging with no attorney for our trial.

Very disappointed in her performance. Rarely responded to emails, although she charged me for every one I sent her. Failed to notify me of a court date, had to get a new date at the last minute. Her staff wasn't much better.
