Both Megan and Rebecca have went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I have been fighting for years for my kids back and when I feel overwhelmed they have a way to calm me down and solve the issue. Would only trust this firm in Klamath.

What can you say when you can't even get them to call you back to schedule an appointment? No, I'm not a client, but I was referred to Ms. Whitney-Smith by Women's Crisis Support. I called and spoke to her secretary. She said the scheduler would call me to set up an appointment. This was important to me! I was not in a safe situation and really needed to talk to an attorney. I was not asking for a free consultation.I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE.Look, if you are too busy to take more clients, then say so. To me this indicates that she would be like so many other attorneys you read reviews about who don't return phone calls and who are too busy to even talk to you.I felt really let down. Would she be just as unresponsive after collecting a retainer? I don't know, but I wouldn't want to take the chance.

Rebecca is dishonest and incompetent. She will lie to you and then try to make you question your memory. The great part about it is that I recorded our conversations and she still even denied it. She will lie when the truth would do her good. Also she is very incompetent. She filed a suit for me later to say I didn't have a case. Rebecca then had the nerve to try and bill me for it. I fired her she is a horrible attorney and person. Also she very rude and demeaning. If you are using her I highly recommend recording every conversation with her. It is legal in Oregon to record your phone conversations. Only one person on a two way call has to know it's being recorded. Double check this information for your own good.
