He is a man of great enthusiasm, and has a charismatic presence when your around him. I am sure at one point Mr. Char was a good attorney, but like most attorneys they fall victim to a corrupt justice system. In the end Mr. Char succumbs to the departments devise; money, power, and he sold his soul along the way.
