Henry & Dow are the very best legal representation you could ever have! I made the mistake of hiring a law firm that represents 'Men Only', and it drug out (11) months. Shane Henry took the case, and ended it in less than (2) months. Shane, Ben, and Kathy are wonderful! Shane set up a consultation where he asked me my goals, put them on a white board, took photos...and they achieved them all. I believe Henry & Dow has a reputation of winning and bringing closure. Other firms that go against them respect their winning track record, and prefer not to fight. I am grateful to the entire team.

Going through a divorce is one of the most stressful experiences I believe. I did not research my first THREE divorce attorneys and it cost me dearly. In desperation I searched the web for Tulsas best divorce attorney. Law firm Henry + Dow caught my eye so I looked at their website. The first thing I noticed were Shane Henrys numerous awards, his publications, seminars taught by him and his membership of several Bar Associations. The icing on the cake for me, as it were, was the fact that he had been awarded the distinction of Oklahoma Super Lawyer many times and in 2019 was admitted to the Bar Association of the U.S. Supreme Court. Now I wanted to meet Shane so made an appointment. I explained my predicament. I was nearing the end of my (horrendously handled) divorce and wondered if he could turn it around this late in the proceedings. No sooner had I finished explaining what had happened, Shane was over at the flip board summarizing all of my key issues. I picked the three issues that were priority for me. He flicked the board over and started writing summaries and possible strategies for my three key issues.Everything was meticulously copied by his wonderful Paralegal, Cindy. Before long, she had created Chapters of my case, online, that I could view at any time. I was asked to review any documentation to be sent to opposing counsel before they sent it. I was also provided with a copy of any correspondence received from same. My emails, texts and phone calls were returned very quickly.Shane Henry is a pure professional. He patiently guided me through some topics I did not understand and kept me focused. He is calm and controlled, but tough when necessary. His knowledge of divorce law was only surpassed by his genuine, and sincere, people skills. Nowhere will you find a more dedicated and intelligent attorney who stays with you every step of the way.Shanes office staff were a pleasure. I was always met with a pleasant greeting and a smile. Cindy was happy to resend emails I had mistakenly deleted. I could call her with any concern and she would help/advise me there and then, when possible.I finally struck lucky when picking Shane to represent me in Court. He is respected by both his peers and Judges.My case is not yet over, but whatever the final outcome, I am finally happy to have had superior representation. If I should need the services of an attorney again, I will be knocking on Henry + Dows office door without hesitation.I highly, highly recommend Shane Henry and his staff if you want the best divorce/trial attorney in Tulsa.

Ben Aycock is an excellent attorney. He was candid in conversation while still being sensitive to nature of our case. He took the time to explain every step of the custody process and tried to prepare us for any surprises. He was patient, compassionate and treated us with respect. Went in to get a document notarized, and the secretary was an absolute CHARM! Instead of charging us for the 3 notaries, she simply said that people shouldn't be charged for such things. She was super sweet, and has a smile that'll light up the room!Highly recommend this place!

Alexandria Masters, this woman cares nothing about her clients and does not work for them she only works for herself, she will keep running up your bill until you have nothing left, 'all unnecessary,' the fake trial she put me through was ridiculous and should have never happened, it was all for more money, Alex worked for Allen&Garrett at the time and now works for Henry + Dow, I'm warning future clients do not hire this woman, she will RIP you off, lawyers love divorce cases, they take advantage of the emotions and anxieties the couples goes through with, it's all for greed and one day they will pay for what they do.

This firm must have zero morals or care about their image due to them hiring Ben Aycock. Ben is a lying worthless example of everything people hate about lawyers. His main trick is taking money to break up families with no regards to the children. He is often found working with other worthless individuals like April Rager. I wonder if her left Gotwals or got fired for his lack of morals.

Shane Henry was referred to me by another attorney to handle my high conflict child custody modification case. It is generally difficult to advocate for fathers rights in child custody cases, even when it is ultimately in the best interests of the children, and my case was no different. Shane Henry is by far the best attorney, advocate, friend, and colleague I could ask for.The years between 2012 and 2015 were the toughest of my life. I hit every obstacle you can think of in those years.
