They failed me horribly on my disability claim. They told me I could have 6 months of full time trial employment, (failed employment)while waiting for my hearing. What they failed to mention is the amount you cannot make before that employment is considered gainful employment. I was not told of a money cap and went to my hearing and was denied immediately. I should have reapplied 9 months ago. My attorney didn't 'realize' this so 9 months of my time was wasted. Now I must either reapply again and wait another 2 years for the process or get a full time job that I will struggle to maintain. Gross negligence on their part.

Dont believe all the good reviews cause they are false. This lawyer lead me on almost 4 years. I was in an 18 wheeler wreck and then another separate wreck. He aint done a thing not nothing but file a court date thats today and I am out of an attorney cause he decides to drop my cases after all these years very unprofessional. They dont stay in contact with u. Second accident I done the work. They are useless and heartless people. Very unprofessional. But the good Lord doesnt sleep. Karma comes around and they will get what they done to me. If I could afford an attorney I would sue them. All I can do is pray for these heartless people. To make a long story short take your business elsewhere.
