This is a small law firm that provides personal attention to yor case. I hired the frim to assist with the Probate of my parents estate. They have been working on the case now for nearly two years and have not requested any payment from me. They have gone above and beyond to settle a very difficult probate and provided personal attention during a very diffiuclt time. I would higly recommend this firm for any estate or probate legal matters. I also had them complete all of my estate needs including my will, living will and power of attorney. Elizabeth Yauch is dishonest and incompetent!!! Not only did she not all the motions we discussed, she is now lying about even have mentioned she would file them. After 5 months of claiming to have file the motion to have child support payments put into escrow she is claiming not to recall ever mentioning the escrow account.
