Elizabeth Yauch is dishonest and incompetent!!! Not only did she not all the motions we discussed, she is now lying about even have mentioned she would file them. After 5 months of claiming to have file the motion to have child support payments put into escrow she is claiming not to recall ever mentioning the escrow account.
