She will do the bare minimal to get your case out the door & more. Blatantly lied to me, saying I could maybe get a charge expunged if I plead guilty to lesser charges just so I could plea out and she could just get it over with. Thats a public pretender defender for you. When I later asked her about it, upon leaving jail and finding out the truth by myself that I can NEVER get it expunged (thats not a maybe, she either lied or didnt know any actual information, which proves she didnt take the time to research it for me), she lied to me again stating oh thats not what I said, I actually said this and lied to me again in fear of getting in trouble. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on somebody that will actually share truthful, factual information with you. Lied to her clients and got away with it and why? Because she works for the prosecutor, thats why.
